Extremely polite and kind staff. Was greeted the second I walked in. Grateful for their time and help in a pinch getting a rental. Awesome variety of vehicles and will continue to give them my business.

I will not being returning to this Hertz location. Not only is customer service slow, they reported the time of pick up 2 hours earlier than the time I left the lot with the car. This resulted in an extra day charge in addition to the weekly rate. I have Lyft receipt showing that I arrived a whole 90 minutes after the time I supposedly left with the car. Also, the rental time was 3 minutes before the opening time of the location. I am not at all happy with this. It's borderline fraud in my opinion. It was my fault for not reviewing the document when I picked up the vehicle. I will never trust this Hertz location again.

Don't have enough staff. However, they work incredibly hard and are accommodating.

Very few selections, I reserved a full size suv and paid close to $400 bucks for 3 days. Absolutely the most uncomfortable car for a Long drive we had. No choice since it's the only one full size SUV on thier lot. Unfriendly staff, Long wait and no consideration for a long time customer. Car was unsafe, brakes were not working good, the whole car shakes when you brake especially at high speed. Won't be renting from this place anymore.

Had a flat tire and was trying to claim through my credit card benefits and required incident report and invoice of charges from Hertz. Made numerous calls to Hertz customer service, road side, billing and was just ping ponged to different Hertz teams with nothing provided. Horrible customer service. Will never rent from Hertz again!

Highly recommended! Hertz off Lincoln in Corona, Ca is my second home. The employees always take care of me and treat me like a friend as opposed to a client. Furthermore, they have a great selection of vehicles and the rental process always goes very smooth. I typically deal with Mariah and the branch manager, but all the employees are extremely helpful. Next time you need to rent a vehicle give this hertz location a shot.

I just paid them $1350 for 1 month rental. I asked them for a ride home, they told me to wait for 1h to 1h30 for that. Receptionist was very rude. Very bad business service. I had to walk home.

My family has been been using the Hertz Corona facility for a few years now. They are genuinely one of the best rental facilities we have ever encountered. They are highly professional, friendly and accommodating. Never thought I would spend the time to comment on a Rental Company, but they are very deserving.

I assume like many businesses these days, the issues stem from the top with understaffing/stocking.
During the time I spent waiting for my car I watched 5+ customers be told various reasons why they would be late/have to settle for a vehicle far below what they needed.
No real critiques beyond that. The service simply isn't provided. Another branch that gladly takes your money and begrudgingly provides you service.
