Little vulnerable here, but worst pedicure I've ever had! The gel is already pulling off my nail just from walking to my car... and don't even get me started on the gel that was left all around my nails. Not even worth going back to fix. Never going back here

I was recommended by my mother, and I'm so happy she sent me. Helen and her husband both do an amazing job. They are very detailed, which is why I don't mind the time they take. I opted for a classic white tip, but make it natural and I can't get over how good of a job she did!

-5 ⭐️ Horrible experience! Came for a fill cause my regular place was closed. I asked her to be careful cause I have thin nails, The girl straight up told me “ Maybe you should do your nails your self because I have an appointment.” ?After she unnecessarily grinned my nails causing pain and put a straight nail instead of a curved nail to match the rest. I recommend Nina’s nails in the same Shopping center. Girls are very rude here they don’t seem to want walk ins.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the person that said it was the worst pedicure they have ever had. In todays economy pedicures I can only afford to splurge on a pedicure 2 - 3 times per year, I was feeling a little down and decided to treat myself with a pedicure, a foot and calf message is the best part. Not at Helen's, for $50.00 you don't get a message. What you do get is cut stabbed and your nail beds painted. The whole time, she was gouging me with her nails, she filed and painted my nail beds and skin of my toes. As I was trying to choose the color, she kept aggressively moving my feet and legs so that the samples would fall on the ground, I thought it was an accident at first, but, she did it multiple times. The person that was doing my nails wasn't great either, the only thing that saved me was Helen came over and filed them for her, they came out horribly thick!! When it costs over $100.00 for nails, you deserve to be treated decently and it to be done right. And a $50.00 pedicure should come with a message not assault and a chance of getting hepatitis!!!

Friendliness:5 Everyone was very nice and relaxed. I felt comfortable around them.Apperance: 3.5-Looks a little old. Nothing new or fancy about it.Cleanliness: 4 The place looked cleaned. I dint see dust everywhereHygiene:2 They have liners on the foot spa's but use the same tools on everyone. No solution to clean from one person to the next. So very possible you can get an infection.Nails: 2.5 days later my nails started chipping off and I got gel nails! This should not happen. That's why I get gel nail and not a regular manicureTime: 4 They did take quite a while. A little longer than usual. I personally like they took their time because I wasn't in a rush but if your in a time crunch that's something to consider.Price: 3.5 Average pricesOverall:2 Although friendly and prices are good. In the end your still going in to get your nails done and their outcome is not good. It's already chipping away and looks like it's been 2 weeks instead of 2 days. So I don't recommend. So sad. I had high hopes.
