Wow them reviews are brutal and these people don’t seem to even try to make it right ! Just to think I was about to go look at the civic SI they had because capital one said they had one but no thanks. Scam artists at its finest.

I contacted them regarding a C43 Mercedes which has structural damage and only 15 service records. I received a message which never mentioned their business name. That was the 1st red flag. They refused to negotiate EVEN after I told them the car, via text, that it would need a full service. That cost would likely be 3K. That's assuming no serious issues.
The CarFax shows they bought the car from Off Lease in Orlando which went out of business. So they got the car for pennies on the dollar. I then discovered they are doing business under another name Crown Auto Gallery. Caveat emptor. It raises a lot of questions on the cars they sell.

This dealer is nothing but a scam I purchased the black 350z they had listed on their website they didn’t want to negotiate the price so we agreed on the contract that as long as all parts that’s needed service would be replaced then we will take car for full price. Held the car for an extra five day would ask for update and they told me they were waiting on parts and the car would be done on Monday. Monday came when I arrive I inspect the entire car and not one part was changed. The brakes were still bad and grinding, rac n pinion was leaking, valve covers leaking tires were replaced with seems like used tires and had a nail in one of them. Over the 4 day they were fixing the car only washed the car wiped it down and sprayed all this oily engine shiner to cover up all problems with the car. They also said that there inspector was not around rn and instead of actually fixing what was agreed and listed on the contract they rather just give me my money back how unprofessional and grimy these people. Explains why there lot is still full. Would not recommend anyone coming to this place as they list prices to good to be true are to good to be true they all test drive the vehicle which I seen and just abuse the car before it’s sold to customers.

I saw my dream car on their website, but as a result hundreds of horrible reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. I am extremely cautious to say the least. The company seems to go by the name Crown Auto Gallery as well as Golden Auto Group. Not sure what that is about...
This afternoon I called to inquire if they would be willing to meet me with the vehicle at a local Audi dealer for a pre-sale inspection in lieu of a test drive. I have had dealers bring cars to my home to test drive, so this is not an outlandish request. Although he didn't sound too excited about it, Daniel informed me that he would ask their sales manager Peter. I advised him that I would call back tomorrow at the beginning of the business day. If they are willing to accommodate this request, I will be more than happy to proceed.
I am giving a 2 star review based on my phone call, but am more than willing to raise the rating by one star if they are willing to to accommodate my request. Will raise it to 4 stars if they actually show up, and will give the full 5 stars if they don't pull any shenanigans during the final sale should the car pass inspection. We shall see.

I offered their asking price cash out the door and they wouldn't take it because they force you to buy additional products to the tune of approximately $2000. The asking price was $14999 and after all their fees and additional unnecessary products the final non-negotiable selling price was $18000 not including tax. $18000 for a 10 year old car with a NADA value of $12000 ?.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, I gave permission to get pre approved and the car was sold before the approval, 5 days later they ran my credit with a hard pull without my permission for no car. I called to inquire about what happened and they hung up on me.

STAY AWAYYYY!!!! So bought a car here a year ago and let me tell you it was just a headache. For one they told me the carfax was clean after a few months I got curious (I should’ve done this wayyy before) I did my own carfax and it got into multiple accidents so they lie about carfax. The check engine light came on after about a month I fixed it myself it was a evap hose that looks like it was sliced INTENTIONALLY. The Cats went bad after 3 months. Fog lights had sliced wires. Frame was bent . Also they’ll try to sell you a tracker that will be about 1500 when it’s a 20 dollar tracker from Amazon. THEYRE LIARS AND SCAMMERS STAY FAR AWAY.

I should've read the reviews before driving all the way in the middle of nowhere. Terrible experience and waste of time. The guy tells me he has to add 2,000 for anti theft because this is how he makes money Terrible desperate salesmans. Money is easy to make u don't have to be a con artist.

Just make sure you bring your own mechanic and always check the wipers, paint, car battery and tires.

They’re scammers, when you go buy the car they add you options on the car that you don’t need and you have to buy it with the car. The cars condition is not bad but the scam you on the price

Unfortunately I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle online through them
Had trouble with them through the whole process
Once I got the car shipped after two weeks of purchasing car needed it lots of work an estimate of $4800 worth of work before I even drove it 1000 miles just not worth buying through them hopefully this can have someone out

My son bought his first car from this dealer and was told no accidents, no issues found. Turns out the air bags were deployed 3 times and that the frame is cut in two. The clutch failed just a week after owning. The car was towed to Nissan for repairs and finds show that the OBD was cleared of active codes just recently. The rough part is that they sold him a extended warranty and will not honor this warranty. Yes the car was sold with no warranty and as is but the fact that they are selling cars that are not fit for the road is the main issue here. If we we looking for car of this caliber then we would have gone to Copart. The run around over the phone is troubling as well. How many lunch breaks can you have in a day. If you love your money and life, DO NOT BUY here. Peter I’m talking about you and your shady sales tactics.

Huge shout out to the shadiest dealer out there, these guys at Golden auto group sold me a 370Z that not even a week later had a transmission failure that left me with a car that I can’t even drive and still need to pay for they sold me an alpha warranty that I paid for that I can’t even use bc it’s “not covered” I personally called Peter one of there salesman letting him know about the issue and he told me it’s not covered and that I can’t rerun return the vehicle to them keep in mind that it’s not even been a week. I told him “So I am stuck with this car” and Peter responded with “yeah”. I can’t even believe that he would say that this is the worst experience I have ever encountered. I wish I could leave a -5 star review. TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT BUY A CAR HERE

Bait and switch. They get you in for the low prices car but once you go check it out they tell you it got sold the other day, but here's a comparable car that is available. Just saying...
