“I had issues uploading photos upon return of the truck rental. Every time I tried to upload, it kept buffering and I was not able to submit. I also had issues with reserving my rental through the app. Whenever I tried entering the time or date of the rental, the app crashed. I was only able to submit request by pulling up a past reservation and changing the reservation information to what I needed. If it wasn’t for a past reservation, I would not have been able to reserve through the app.”
“This location was great for both occasions I needed them for. The staff is great and everything seemed to go well. Moving itself is extremely stressful, so to have the other components run smooth, HELPS immensely. Thank you to my singing queen........ can't remember her name, however, she was awesome.”

Was impressed with how well the manager handled a line of customers two at a time. Service was courteous and professional and really made a good start to a big moving day. Rented a 15 foot truck and everything was good dropping off was good too and the guy who checked me in was courteous too”
