First Bank branch in Corona, provides wonderful and friendly customer service. They are part of a nationwide bank corporation that is family owned - and it shows when quality customer service is their prime objective. We were with another bank for years. When we started our business, the other bank made it difficult to do business. First Bank in Corona stepped then and has continued to ensure that our banking experience pleasant in meeting all of our needs. We have accounts for two businesses and all of our personal accounts at this branch. They have earned our loyalty. They know me by name and always greet me when I enter the door. That's not common in the large banks. From the branch manager, to the banking assistant to the tellers, this branch will give you service above and beyond.

They're either swindlers or categorically inept bankers.Absolutely horrible experience with this bank. Their application process for opening a new account has a dearth of information. Apparently upon completion of the application, the applicant would receive a confirmation email. I never received one and the response by the bank is to condescendingly insinuate that I did something wrong. Instead of sending another email, they suggest some rigmarole process of sending them money in alternative ways in order to complete the application. I've already sent them $100 and now they want me to send them more. In addition, the two representatives I spoke to gave me contradictory and nonsensical answers to my questions. If this isn't fraud, then it's sheer ineptitude.

I like FirstBank. The bankers are friendly and knowledgable and take an effort to recognize each of their clients by first name. The lobby is big and the free coffee is a very nice touch :)

I have two corporate accounts, and 4 personal accounts (including accounts for my kids) at First Bank. I also have a mortgage, brokerage account, HELOC and ILOC all with First Bank as well. The rates are competitive-to-great, but mostly it's the customer care. The staff is outstanding. Eileen, the manager, is exceedingly friendly has an amazing group of employees: Denise, Kimberly, Greg, Pam and even the floaters like Bryan and Renee. They're all exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. My family jokes that First Bank is my home away from home, and the staff is the reason why... that and how many times I visit each week. First Bank is a family owned business and for me the employees treat me like I'm family. I've referred friends and colleagues to First Bank and all of them rave about the same things, the staff and the service are top notch!

DO NOT BANK HERE! They used to service their customers and call them if something was coming through and you didnt have the funds to clear it. Now they just let the fee's build up and tell you its your responsibility. This bank has gone completely down the drain since the new manager (Ileen) took over. Then they replaced all the people that cared with people like Kelly. Rude, inconsiderate and will argue with you. Any banks is better than what you get here.
