Went here today to ship off a package. Was greeted when I walked in, and found my way to put my package together on the table area. Once I was done, the lady directed me to the kiosk (as she was busy with someone else) and advised me that I could get a receipt through the self service. Followed the directions, got my receipt and was on my way. Easy peasy.

Ms Darlene was very professional and helpful. This was a corporate account shipment and I had a little difficulty providing the right account number. She was very patient and helpful. She was very knowledgeable on her job and provided me with multiple shipment options. Overall, I was very pleased and will continue to come to FedEx for all my shipping needs. Happy Holidays! and thank you for all that you do for us, especially around this time of year!

If u need to fax documents they got u covered, very reliable. It's located in a plaza where there are a bunch of restaurants which makes it very crowded for parking so be aware.

FYI if your in a hurry with 2 hungry kids in the car and you need to print your kids homework because you ran out of ink at home and happen to walk in here with all the copy machines being occupied and there are 4 employees standing around not doing much don't expect for them to help you. They asked me to wait for someone to finish printing so I could use the copier myself which took a tremendous amount of time because I had to print each page individually. I just eventually walked out and went to best buy to buy the ink. Terrible customer service. "Nobody wants to work these days" Kim K. voice.

Went to return something and was grabbing an envelope but the older employee said "here take this one", so I did thinking it was free and I put back the inexpensive one back. Then she tells me $3.89 like what? I told her that I was going to buy the cheap one and that she was wrong for doing that. Needless to say she had an attitude and of course I did after that. Nothing is for free!

Aaliyah was extremely rude. We walked up and said "hi" twice while she just stood there and didn't respond at all. We don't ship boxes often so had a question and instead of just responding with an answer she had to add an attitude to her response. Completed the transaction and handed us our receipt and didn't say anything. No thank you, no have a nice day. Nothing. VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service. Especially in today's climate where plenty of people would be happy to help a polite customer.

The guy who helped me with my copies was super friendly. I asked for his name but I forgot. Sorry guy you were awesome! Thank you ! I went in a Thursday around 6pm. The only thing I didn't like was it was super expensive. I should have bought a printer. I spent $90!!! Geez when did copies become so expensive? I think I'll look into setting one up lol Other than that I recommend the service.

5 stars for the only service I use here, self printing. I've owned printers in the past and always run into the annoying ink cartridge issue. Plus I don't use them enough to keep them fresh so my printers always dried out and died on me. When I need a quick label or document printed, I like coming here because I know the in and out routine and don't have to interact with anyone. It's also down the street from the post office so that's extra convenient. I always come strapped with my debit card and my flash drive. "Old school" but it works for me. You can also use their website to email/upload docs and retrieve though I haven't gone that route. The self service printers put a temporary $10 hold on your card and a day or so after printing, will only debit the amount you used. Black & white prints are $0.14 each, several more cents for color. When printing, the machine always defaults to color so keep that in mind.

I came into the store today not realizing that my return package was actually a ups not a fedex. The staff was so nice... not only did they tape up my box so I could return my item they told me where I could my ups package. I would recommend this store to anyone. They truly know customer service. I was so grateful for them today.
