Great knowledge and experience. Build times are always what they say. Hardly ever touch the clickers after they set it up

My name is Diana B***. I’m upset about a purchase from Von Dutch….Considering the fact that I have been a customer for years and have been patient while waiting for items that were prepaid for over 2 months ago. I am disappointed I preordered a bag and hat. It was delivered but not to me and the second time it was delivered to a locker without information on retrieving it. I have been patient since February and now I’m angry. I wanted my items but I just want my money back. I don’t think I’ll be doing business with them again. The lady was gracious enough to try and help but after a while there was just silence and no resolution. I throw the towel in. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Von Dutch please do better.

The best suspension company I have dealt with in my life of riding dirt bikes. They have years of experience and set my suspension on my 2021 yz250f to the T. I love the way it rides. If I have any questions, I call them and they give my a honest answer. Any work I have them do on my bikes is very reasonable in price. 5 starService: Steering & suspension repair

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jakob (trackside support with Factory Connection)! He spent considerable time with me dialing in my suspension and even rebated me on some incorrect springs I had purchased. Thank you Jakob and FC!

First of all, me and my buddy went here because of the customer service. You will not get better customer service than at FC. second, the suspension came out better than I could have ever asked. Got a full revalve on the forks and shockS with new springs etc. I went for a stiff moto set up so we can still take the bikes to the hills and hit ramps while also riding the local tracks. I've only ridden the bike once since getting it done and I am so stoked on it. The performance is night and day and the confidence in your bike/riding goes up 1000%. Go to factory connection, they won't do you wrong and if anything does happen, they will fix it because their customer service and suspension seriously is A+

I'm Very unsatisfied with the results of my 2015 air-forks serviced at this location. Un-rideable to say the least. I don't feel like the customer should be up-charged for a simple seal and bushing job. I called to explain the situation I was having only to be shrugged off. I will take my forks elsewhere.

Great service at a very reasonable price! Staff answered ALL my questions with patience and professionalism. Billy S. was my salesperson & I received: Fork rebuild & services. Thank you Factory Connect Corona. Side note: I frantically re contacted FCC when I went to install my forks since I had no prior knowledge of doing so. This is the awesome customer service and explanation that might help answer one who has the same question I had regarding my forks. The Right Hand side fork has the spring which would feel very stiff when compressed off the bike. The Left Hand side fork has controls the damping and would feel soft when compressed off the bike. Only the Right Hand side fork has a fork spring and it is twice the rate (.81kg) of say a more conventional symmetrical spring fork (example: 2009 KX250F) which has a spring in both sides and thus the rate of the springs that would be utilized for you would be approximately 50% of your SFF fork. (.41kg) The Left hand side fork has no spring, yet has all the "valving" / damping and oil as well. This is the side where the compression and rebound adjusters are located. You will be able to push down easily and it will return slowly. When you install both the Left and Right side forks on the bike, they work together in unison and perform as you would expect.

Best upgrade period. I don't trust anyone else. No two riders are the same so be patient if you don't already know your setup. These guys will help you get comfortable and planted on your bike.

Super cool guys who do top notch work! Their desert setting is insanely good, made my KTM so much better than I thought it would be.
