I'll never stop raving about Glen and recommending everyone to go to him! He is so knowledgeable and professional and always makes me feel comfortable with bringing my car to him. I appreciate how engaged he is with his customers and the way he genuinely just wants to get your car's situation resolved the best and most efficient way possible. I've been going to him for years, I've lost count how many, but he has worked on so many of my cars as well as other cars in my family. I came to him the other day after the dealer attempted to scam me by recommending for me to get a brand new engine when my car runs perfectly fine! **Beware of "Simpson Chevrolet in Irvine"!!** Glen was so reassuring that I did the right thing getting my car out of there and to him instead. I knew for a fact that I didn't need a new engine and Glen confirmed it! His honesty and kind demeanor keep me coming back to him.

Glen is an honest nice guy with a LOT of experience. I'm almost scared to recommend him because he will become too busy. He will give you the honest answer, he diagnosed and fixed my daughters mini cooper in 3 days. I had just had it with someone else who couldn't quite figure out the issue but it was easy for Glen. His price was very reasonable. The car is great now and it barely made it to his shop, if you are tired of being ripped off my a dealership this is the man to see. Good people !

This place is a rip off they say they specialize in European cars so I tried to skip the dealership and find a good honest shop that I could trust my 2015 bmw 750li I love that car so what ever it needs fix it so I needed a rear differential bushing that I was going to have the bmw dealership fix for $1500 a lot but if it needs it do it but glen didn't have a clue what that was I showed him the video from the bmw dealership so he said it's gust a little crack don't need to be replaced so I asked him about my front end swaying a little bit at highway speeds glen said it was my tires in the front the tires measured at 6 mm tread dept all 4 said they were wearing funny so I trusted him and said fix it so I told him I want the replacement tires to match the ones that came off and I want my old tires back he said of course than 10 minutes later he called and said he has no connections for tires to just come pick up the car I asked him if he replace the spark plugs also he said there good don't need to be replaced until 100k miles I'm @80k wanted them replaced but glen always had an excuse for not performing the job I'll never take any of my cars there a rip off so I paid an hour of labor for nothing all I got from that place was excuses and reasons why they couldn't do what I wanted them to do this place is not trustworthy that's everything in a repair shop

I took my car here after Pepboys couldn't take care of my car properly since they improperly diagnosed my car and tried to charge us an insane amount of money when my warranty could've covered what the actual problem was! Thankfully Glen and his team were amazing and made sure to keep communication with us, my warranty that only covered Pepboys and AMCO was brought over to this shop and my needed parts were ordered brand new as well! I highly recommend this shop, Glen is amazing and the care and attentiveness is as well! Will definitely be coming back for my volkswagen needs !

Glen has a heart of Gold. He has always been honest with me pertaining my cars, he has never tried to take advantage of me being a woman that knows rarely anything about the Mechanics of a car. He is very familiar with Jaguars, I always know I'm in good hands whenever I have a problem, he goes above and beyond. A man of true integrity .

Very frustrating dealing with the guys at this business. I called them, told them what work I needed done on my car and I asked for an estimate. Of course he does the salesmen BS and says "I can't give you an estimate until we diagnose the problem". So, because they aren't very customer friendly I called another shop in the area and they won my business because I got an estimate and they wanted my business more than European Car Care.

I am really happy with the service I received here, Glen is very knowledgeable about Jaguar’s and gave me peace of mind allowing them to work on my car. I have always taken it to the dealership which gets pretty pricey, now I have a new go to shop that doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg. He is very knowledgeable, informative and reasonable.
