this lady is so rude. My boyfriend and I went in to buy 2 beers. Keep in mind he's black and I'm Hispanic. He showed his ID and was going to pay. She demanded my ID, and when I gave it to her she rudely asked for my birthday. After I gave her my date of birth she proceeded to deny my age saying my ID was wrong. My date of birth is 10/25/2000. And she said " your only 20". My boyfriend was already mad so he told her to stop making a big deal out of this and had a whole line behind us. She rudely told him to " be quiet or else she was going to deny us service. She looks like a zombie that hasn't slept in 10 years. Do not go here

Ive been going here since I was 18 buying tobacco and since I turned 21 to buy beer. The same rude employee has always worked here. An older woman named Ruby. I work in customer service, so when I enter an establishment I make a point to be kind, smiley, and easy going. Thats why I never let the fact that she is always rude, and unhappy looking to see customers including me everytime I visit bother me. She obviously hates her job, and I have been there so I never let it bother me too much. If anything I let it make me chuckle that shes so unfriendly all the time, because it must be exhausting to be so unhappy at work all the time and deal with people you hate. Today I went in with my 32 year old boyfriend. His ID was expired since yesterday and he didnt know, so it has been expired for one day when she denied our tobacco purchase. I didnt bring mine, and went home to grab it. I didnt sweat it, shes unkind and always has been, thats what I get for shopping at the extramile on foothill. I went back about 30 minutes later on my own, and she refused to sell me the tobacco, but said shed make an exception for the liqour even though I had my valid ID. She said it was because my 32 year old boyfriend had come with me earlier. My question is, how long does she intend to bar me from liqour or tobacco sales because my boyfriends ID expired less than 24 hours ago? Its all nonsensical, and shes the rudest customer service representative I have ever met. I have been in customer service and liqour sales for 11 years, and the only explanation is the fact that she hates her job and hates customers. Ruby either needs to be trained again, or to get a new position where she isnt bothered by customers. Note: My boyfriend has bought liqour and tobacco from Ruby for at least a year and a half which is when he moved in with me abd he sees her every week, so she knows us both. She takes the “service” out of customer service, please retrain her.

The reviews for this location speak for themselves, disappointing. I have tried to cash a scratcher ticket twice here and get the same response "I don't have any cash". A guy who wanted gas only had a $100 bill and he wouldn't take that. Even this is 7pm and they've been open all day. So why wouldn't they have $90 to pay a customer for a scratcher that they bought at that location???? I did get upset about it and as I was leaving the clerk was responding poorly. This clerk had no customer service skills nor did he care to be of any assistance. I only come here because it's close to my house so I'll have to rethink that the next time I want to play the lottery. The So Cal Lottery office will receive my formal complaint. So sad at times like this.

Older lady cards me every time I am here and I am here 5 times a week for years. I'm 37. She does it to simply annoy people which she's admitted. Enough is enough. I'm done here.

I came to extra mile to get a lemonade and lighter, I had my ID with me. I had my friend with me that is 18 who didn't have ID with her, the older Indian lady at the register refused to sell us the lighter even though I (who was paying) showed her my ID. She asked for my friends ID and when she said she didn't have it on her she said she wouldn't sell it to us and threw it on the floor lmao. I had to drive somewhere else to buy a stupid lighter.

I never take in consideration reviewing Gas stations but this time I feel like I have to. The cashier was super rude. I didn't fully get his name. But I've never had a person be so rude to someone for buying a coffee. And then throwing the money when he was giving our change back and all he said was "oops" but didn't Apologize or even try to pick up the money and give it properly. This happen on July 4th around 9 pm.

Great staff! Always friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean and they have everything stocked. If there is something they don't have they will take note. They really care about their customers

Honestly, my wife & I enjoy coming to this gas station. We normally come by for our late night snacks because its convenient due to living down the street. Gerry usually serves us when we stop by & normally have no issues. This time we come across a cashier named Ruby. I generally visit this place at least 3 - 4 times a week. I'm writing this for the owners notifying you that the customers spending our hard earned money there & would like to be treated with some respect on how you deal with your customers especially the ones that live in the area. Your cashier(ruby) may have had a long/ bad day but shouldn't bring that attitude to work. People shouldn't spend here if staff isn't trained properly. Thank you.

I only come here now when I want to pay with cash, or if it's an emergency. Too many times I've come here and either one or more pumps are down, or they won't read my credit card(s) and it tells me to "pay inside" or "see cashier". One of the reasons I use a card is for the convenience of not having to go inside. Just pump and go, but non here. UPDATE 1/30/19 As well as giving second chances, I give 3, 4, 5, 6, 7....aaaaaand as of today....Cannot read card". My other 2 cards..."Go see cashier". The cards are fine. I'm leaving.

I never thought I would Be writing a review on a gas station. But today I had the worst experience ever. A few days ago I went into this gas station to buy my daughter some snacks for a long drive and a car charger because my battery was slowly dying. As soon as I got in the car I noticed that I had some issues with the charger. It took a little strength to push the charger down but I got it to work. The next day I notice that the light on the car charger was no longer staying on it was just blinking. This was the charger that I had bought for 9.99. The other option was another charger for 4.99. So today I went in to Exchange The charger and the manager accused me of lying and saying that I didn't purchase the Charger there. In front of other customers he said that he checked his inventory and that was not purchased there. This made me furious because 1st of all how would I know The pricing between the Other Chargers they offer. 2nd why don't you go back and check your cameras before you accuse me of lying. He insinuated that the item was stolen and I was trying to exchange it there. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I would NEVER STEAL or try to exchange something fraudulently. I would never teach that behavior to my kids. This man insulted me in front of other customers. I WILL NEVER come into this gas station ever again. Their reviews are definitely a reflection of the kind of service you get here.

I stop by this gas station at least once a week. This station is always clean and the cashiers are friendly and welcoming. The manager knows most of his regulars on a first name basis. I've been to many convenience stores that are poorly run, dirty, have bad customer service....not this place. It has a clean lot, clean store, and clean bathrooms, which is pretty tough to keep up with considering how many people come in and out. They change out their coffee regularly so you know it's fresh. The beer here is cheaper than grocery store prices. The gas here can be more expensive than most, but the brand is worth it. Other fuel doesn't give you the mileage that chevron gas does because they either don't use additives or don't have quality additives. In the long run, premium gas is much better for your engine. Cheap gas is out there but you get what you pay for. My mom used to use Arco all the time until she noticed how fast her engine would burn it up. This place also has Free air and water....and they don't charge you to use a credit/debit card.

Why are the pumps so screwed up here? First pump wouldn't take my card. Kept asking to input an amount limit. Went to another pump. The next one was only putting out about 1.5 gallons per minute. Finally gave up and put the nozzle back. Tried to get a receipt but it wouldn't print one. Went to another one and it did better - 3 gallons per minute, but didn't shut off. Felt something wet splashing on my ankle, looked down and had was running out the filler and all down the side of my car. At these prices, you'd think they could invest in a little maintenance. Not coming back to this station.
