“Excellent friendly service. The glass cracked on my Galaxy Note 10, so I took it in to be replaced. Mike pointed out that the screen had been affected as well and recommended that I replace the screen, too. He ordered the part because my Note 10 is virtually an antique at this point. My words, not his. That was three days ago. I have an appointment today to have it installed. I asked about replacing the aging battery, but he suggested that since I was planning to trade my phone in for a newer model I should leave things as they are. He could easily have sold me a $79 battery. That's putting the customer first!”

Both Amin and Amir are honorable men. I set the appointment with Amin after discussing the problem, and the next morning I was greeted by Amir who tested my phone and determined the problem. Amir explained the inherent flaw in the folding phone and thoroughly reviewed what needs to be done. There was absolutely NO attempt to 'up sell' (pad the bill). Honest men to work with. . .a pleasure!”
“With a broken dishwasher, the kitchen routine becomes much more demanding. So we called Hartshorn, a word-of-mouth referral from a friend. Needless to say we have been well cared for. Prices were reasonable, for both the new appliance as well as their installation services. Pat, the salesman, was friendly, informative and honest. Phil, our installer was quick, quiet and qualified; he got the new one in, the old one out and left everything clean and ready, in short order. We will be going back to Hartshorn for our future appliance needs. It’s great having local, family owned business in the town rather than always having to take my chances at a big box or online vendor.

“Dryer fix. When I say they came quick, they came quick. The tech found a runaway sock fast. He did notice the inner bottom workings needed a cleaning but said it would be an additional $50. We opted to clean ourselves. Past techs a long time ago have offered to give it a cleaning for free so that was surprise. Thanks for coming out so fast. Appreciate it.”

“Highly recommended very straight to the point no hustle or up selling for unnecessary items. They fixed my Apple Watch a month ago at a more than reasonable price under $70 Apple wanted to charge me $499. I came back in with my phone today. My charging port wasn’t working at all with all honesty he tells me it needs to be cleaned 5 minutes in out the door. I appreciate great services and great people who do professional business. Stop in they will take care of you.”
