I've been really happy with eHub. Matt, Suzi and Andrew have been super helpful handling our Amazon removal order and FBA prep.Initially I found email communication a little slow but they advised me to call in the afternoon and since then communication has been flawless. Recommended 3PL

THIS IS THE WORST WAREHOUSE EVER!These guys do not respond to emails or calls and took 5 months to show up my delivered products in their records and took 7.5 months to ship it again even after paying in advance and still they lost my 150 units and refused to even refund me the shipping fees I paid for the lost units

They lost our inventory from multiple shipments (thousands of dollars worth) and they are no longer responding to emails or answering calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will loose your inventory then never reply. I have been dealing with this issue for 6 months now with no resolution (to put things into perspective.

Shipped a ton of items to eHub, it's been 3 weeks and it's not in their system yet. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. After calling everyday we finally got a hold of someone, they said their warehouse is slammed and they have a ton of shipments and are trying to process through it all. They need to pause shipments if they can't handle the volume. Our boxes are just sitting outside in the rain and will get damaged.if you are thinking of using this company I suggest calling them until you get a hold of someone and ask what their honest expectations are the timeframe of receiving your products and shipping it out when you need it.

These guys have been fantastic. I can't say enough about how speedy and smooth their service is, and I am very happy I made the decision to trust my 3rd party logistics to them. I would highly recommend Matt and the rest of the team at eHub, and look forward to working with them more in the future. The online order input system is also very quick and easy to use! Great business.

We have used Ehub solutions for some time and it was nothing but trouble. They aren't transparent (to put it mildly) regarding their billing, they don't fulfill orders accurately and fba prep can take months..! They may also lose your inventory so keep an eye on your inventory counts..!
