DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They should get zero star. Hiring this company was the WORST MISTAKE we have ever made. This company and RT Olson Plumbing are the worst companies we have ever worked with. To me they have no integrity. My mother-in-law's house has a water pipe bursted underneath the concrete slab on August 4. We hired this company because they said they would bill the insurance company directly and we would not have to pay anything out of pocket. That was NOT TRUE because after we signed a contract with this company, they told us there was mold and we would need to pay them $2000 to remove the mold. We asked for a guarantee on the mold removal and they emailed us a guarantee for their mold removal work. (The $2000 paid by us is on top of the $8600 they billed the insurance company!) After they did the mold removal, we had the areas tested for mold and there was still mold present. (By the way, they waited almost one week to set up 5 dehumidifiers in the affected areas, this delay could potentially caused the mold to grow.) After they finally finished doing the work, they didn't even come back to remove the plastic tenting they set up around the affected areas. (We had to hire another contractor that came and removed the plastic tenting.) They did not submit the claim to the insurance company until October 2, almost two months after the pipe bursted. They got paid from the insurance company while we are still waiting for our insurance money. DO NOT USE this horrible company. They will say anything to get us to sign a contract with them. Once the contract was signed, everything went downhill for us after that. I am going to file a complaint with the Contractors State Licensing Board about these 2 companies. Buyers Beware. Don't ever use Dry County Restoration. We ended up spending so much money out of pocket! I'm a real reviewer and I want to warn other potential customers about this company. I wish someone had warned us before we signed a contract with them.

Dry County Restoration, LLC was an amazing company to work with for the water damage mitigation and restoration to our home! From ownership, office staff and the team that actually performed the work, definitely 5 STARS! Perfect matching to our floors, dry walling and painting were exceptional and cabinet rebuilding came out perfect. Dry County Restoration, LLC also did an exceptional job working with our insurance company. Thank you Stephen and Raymond!

This company has one goal and that is to help people who have gone through a traumatic experience with water damage in their home. For some it's just a little bit of water that ruined their kitchen or a lot of water that has ruined multiple rooms and has racked up tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. They work hard and they fight to get insurance to cover those damages even when they try to deny coverage. This company has their heart in the right place.

Dry County Restoration, Stephen and every employee throughout this whole process, gave excellent service, in restoring our home flood from a bursted water pipe behind the refrigerator. They were very knowledgeable about their work as well as courteous and friendly, easy to work with and professionally solved the water damage issue that affected the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. County Restoration thoroughly dried all areas of water damage whereby removing cabinets, cutting out moldy drywall and applying the powerful fan wind to prevent further water damage. The project reconstruction will begin soon and have no doubt that this will be completed professionally as well. I would highly recommend Stephen and Dry County Restoration to all my friends and family for all of your home restoration needs!

Back in October we had a flood in our kitchen and called this company. They did respond in timely matter, gave us fans and took matters in their hands. Later they did some demo of removing damaged cabinets and molding. This they got a little crazy on. DCR removed more than a foot of door frame molding when water only reached an inch on the floor. Then, when my husband asked about communication between our insurance and DCR, this is where it gets bad. DCR got very irate towards my husband saying they we were "questioning his integrity" and calling us "bad customers" because we wanted know what was going on with the insurance company payouts. Bottom line we are responsible for any money paid out for repairs. If you want to keep your head in the sand and don't care how much your insurance pays, then this the company for you.

Waking up one morning to your ceiling raining in your living room was a horrible experience. However having Dry County show up immediately and have a clear plan with professional support was amazing! I would highly recommend this company to ANYBODY experiencing any housing issues. They treat you like family and you can trust them the same. I can not say enough about the wonderful service rendered by their entire team. If you have a house problem don’t look anywhere else Dry County is it.

Dry county restoration is a very professional company. Stephen and crew were AMAZING. They were able to mitigate water damage from a slab leak that ran into my living room. They had all the necessary equipment to dry all the area. They took floor samples had them tested for any asbestos. They worked very closely with my insurance company Mercury and were able to get everything approved to have my house put back to before the incident. Do yourself a favor and let them handle everything you won't regret it.

From the moment I spoke to Roxanne at the office I knew they understood my situation and they cared. I can't say enough about Stephen's knowledge of dealing with the insurance companies. He is experienced, honest, knowledgeable, compassionate and explains every step of the process. Stephen is originally from Texas and works his magic out of state as well, like helping in Florida. I have to say that any homeowner knows the nightmare that is water damage. I was referred to dry county by a friend, of course I read their reviews before finally settling on them. From the moment Stephen walked into my home, I knew I was in the right hands. He walked me through every step of the process and told me what to anticipate (who likes surprises when it comes to home repairs? not me.). I felt well informed and every technician he sent was professional, courteous and on time. All for a really reasonable price. I forgot to mention that I had 3 other companies before dry county and let's just say, there's a lot of scammy contractors out there.
