BUYER BE AWARE..... This place is a rip off. They charged me double from what the post office charges. The only way I found out is that my package was sent back to me damaged and had to find out by the post office what the actual cost of shipping was. Screw this place.....

I was waiting to receive a package that was essential to completing a business project over the weekend and had been waiting for two days. Friday rolls around (it said the package will be delivered by 8pm that day) and it's coming up to 6pm. So I decide to look at my phone and it's 5:59. They (ups) somehow snuck a message INTO MY PHONE that sad 'package was dropped off at location', and pretty much 6 pm full-blown panic set in. I immediately jumped in my car and called this company (all while not driving of course) a young lady by the name of Sarai T. picked up the phone and I asked if my package had been delivered, and of course...it had been, but was I too late? I told her I had just received the notification and would be there in 2 minutes so I was hoping that they weren't closed (time 6:05 pm). She said, "we're already closed, but come down with your I.D. and you can pick it up." I showed up, showed my I.D. at the door and she gave me my package. How awesome is that? Now that's service. I want MY company to be full of people with this same attitude. You are AWESOME! SCORE! An awesome human being! I understand (A LOT!) that people have lives outside of their job so the fact that Sarai T. was willing to stay behind for a mind-blowing 10 minutes!! was AMAZING! She could have just as easily told me "sorry we're closed, come by when we're open", and I would really have no other option than to say "ok", but she went above and beyond, and as far as I'm concerned she went WELL above and beyond her duty. To Postal Express, this employee is phenomenal. You better give her a promotion before another company snatches her up! These types of attitudes are getting rarer by the day! Sarai T. Thank you so much! You gave me much more than what was essential for me to complete my project this weekend. You gave me hope that there are people out there that still ROCK!!! I've been going to Postal Express for about 5 years now. It's close to my house and offers services I need all in one place. The owners (husband and wife) are very friendly and greet their customers on a first name basis. That in my opinion is good business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great place to mail packages and send faxes. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They also have mail boxes and gifts. I highly recommend this place!

Terrible Customer Service! Will NEVER go back! waited in line for ten minutes with one customer in front of me.. Not ONCE did the lady acknowledge us that she would be right with us! that is so RUDE! on top of that red flag , the place is a RIP OFF. I found a much better place after I left where the service and vibe is way better! GO to THE MAIL OUTPOST! customer service is five stars there!

RIP OFF...WE HAD THE LABEL. Bought a box and needed bubble wrap. Went to get some off the shelf to buy but the nice lady offered to give us some from the back. Did you catch the give us some part there. I tried to tape the box but she was so nice she even did that as well. Here's the best part...the bubble wrap that she "gave us" from the back was previously used so that was nice except SHE CHARGED US FOR THE USED BUBBLE WRAP SHE OFFERED. Wait it gets better...she then charged us for labor to tape the box and put bubble wrap over the item THAT I WAS DOING WHEN SHE TOOK IT FROM ME AND OFFERED TO DO IT!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...IT'S OVER PRICED TO BEGIN WITH AND THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!!!!

I've been a customer at this center for a few years now. They are great, I rent out a mailbox, whenever I have UPS or FedEx packages, I receive a text alert in regards to its arrival. I've never purchased stamps, but do recall they are a little more expensive, so I just go to the post office when I need stamps. But they have everything from internet use, printing, and faxing ,as well as, passport photos. I've never received bad customer service, not once.

Dog ear infection kept re-occurring for my dog. Found and used this to control the dog ear problems. As a natural treatment for ear infections in dogs, it worked pretty well. Did stop ear ache pain fast and did keep ear yeast from flaring up. A couple friends from the dog park are using it now too.

STEAL YOUR MONEY! Horrible customer service! When using US Postal Service there, the CHEAT AND STEAL your money. I purchased a roll of stamps and they charged a $10 "convenience fee"!!! TEN DOLLARS!! When I went back to ask about it, the lady said, very smugly, "all our customers know we charge a convenience fee." Really?! Because I am a customer and didn't know I was paying 20% more for using you!!" She informed me I was "free to shop around." Not to worry, ma'am... Not only because of your outrageous 20% up charge but mainly because of the inconsiderate and arrogant attitude I received... I will definitely never step foot in your business again!

They really only offer help for ear problems in pets. Natural veterinary medicine for ear infections and ear mites in dogs, cats and other animals. The ear drops work great and they are a very cost effective way to get control of chronic ear infection without having to go to the vets office every time. The medication is nice because it works fast, we used it to help when chronic ear infections flared up in dogs ears and needed to relieve ear ache pain in dogs ears and to stop the symptoms of ear yeast infection. It worked fast and did the job to ease the pain and make the dogs ears feel better. Also used it on cats ears and it was helpful too, the cat had been scratching it's ears and stopped right away.
