Unbelievably poor service from this organization. We received our sofa back in March, but it was missing a cushion. The same day we measured and ordered the missing cushion. Its now been three months - longer than it took to get the full sofa - and no cushion. They have told us twice in the last month that the cushion "has been shipped", nothing. The service and responsiveness has been absolutely horrible. I would never buy anything from this company.
