Very horrible customer service and worker lied about return policy. I asked if I were to purchase a perfume and not use it would I be able to return it and she said no final sale but website states you have 30 days with receipt for brand new items.

Don’t like this place workers have bad attitude to shoppers. I was just trying to ask question and lady at first counter was screaming loud Beacuse I asked to go to the bathroom. will not come ever again. Don’t recommend to people who just want service.

The Manager at this location, has zero customer service skills. She can't run the store . Dds really needs to retrain their staff. The cahiers, all need training. No one there knows how to work. All three cashiers there today needed training. Hopefully , they get the proper training they need . Made me sad for the poor staff. Either they give them the proper training they deserve , or they should consider adding self check outs. Like other places.

This dd’s store means “deep discounts”. The store literally has deep discounts and offers designer and non-designer items. Also offers things for your car, your pets, nice stylish clothes, luggage and items for your kitchen, nice paintings like paintings and decorative merchandise. I think it’s somehow related to Ross. So if you want to save big and spend not that much, go there. In fact run. I usually will spend $200-$300 when I shop there. They have women, men, children and baby merchandise. Makeup, perfume and travel items. Want to save big and not have to drive to downtown LA, then go to dd’s discounts. I can’t get enough of them

I came on a Saturday, trying to shop around, (with my coffee because I cannot skip my coffee), and as soon as we step in we get told we can’t bring drinks?! Are you serious, that’s the most ridiculous thing ever. It’s not like the items here are worth $100s of dollars. not coming here again.
