Staff rude and dismissive. Careless and robs elderly patients of their dignity. Will make other arrangements as soon as possible.

This place has the nicest friendliest staff! The management is something else, my mother-in-law cannot walk more than 20 feet on her own and you go on there with no wheelchairs available, then they tell you oh they're all inside like nobody could see that, also what's disturbing is they don't believe people waiting for their loved ones that need to relieve themselves that that is a necessity, every other medical place I've been to has restrooms, that's total disrespect to the customers!

My father-in-law requested to transfer to this location 2 years and 2 months ago and now the coordinator said that he was not on the waiting list. When we placed the request back in July 2016, I drove by the office once every couple months and the admin assistant Eva would show me a note pad with my father-in-law name handwritten on it. That made me suspicious since Davita is such a big facility and why the request would be on note pad instead of computer records. When time went on, I gave up completely. 2 weeks ago, social worker at Magnolia West tried to help us to start a new request again. They even called Compton administrator, Quan Hancock who personally promised to call me. That was more than 24 hours ago. I evenly left a message at his voicemail. I strongly feel that this is racial discrimination since we are Chinese. I don't buy it that there is not one single time that an opening was available during the last 26 months. And the central guest service is useless because they cannot see the location schedule and their function is only placing our request on computer.
