I have been coming to this Costco Tire Center for some time now. Typically, I schedule appointments to purchase tires and get them rotated for my vehicles, and in those cases, my service is done swiftly. For that, I give this location 5 stars.
When I don't make an appointment, such as when I have a nail in my tire or any other reason, the time can be about 1.5-3 hours.. Not my favorite, but I completely understand this wait. Costco tires are priced well and everyone wants in for the deals, ??♂️ and to be honest, when I have a flat I am okay with waiting as long as my tire gets repaired. ??

They refused to honor my warranty, citing wear and tear on tires purchased less than two years ago. Despite my timely rotations at the dealership, they falsely accused me of neglecting maintenance.

Ive been getting my tires here for years now and I still see a lot of the same familiar faces. I got four new tires ordered online and installed. When I came in to drop the car off, they had an open appointment to inspected another car I brought same day.Thumbs up to Saul, Bobby and the rest of the team. Make an appointment, get there early, be kind and your experience will be great like mine.

Came in at 10 made an appointment for 11 gave up at 1:17. I’m sure if it always this busy but I kinda wish they told me it would be 2hr plus wait. It was just for a tire rotation btw. Would not recommend try a different place

8/23/2023: First time ever at Costco tire center in the past 10 years and the guys did my flat fix. I was a little hesitant to go with Costco tire center reviews and ratings. Went ahead and got flat fixed inspite of having brought a flat fix kit. Great service and happy with it.

Brought my car here 2 hours before closing for a flat tire. Waited till 8:30 pm just to tell me they couldn't fix it because of my suspension. Wtf i just wanted my tire patched up instead they gave me some bullshit story why they couldn't do it

Not their fault, but our BMW has sat without a battery for a month+ waiting for a battery. We would call frequently to check on availability, to no avail. We had remaining months on the old battery warranty to make it worth the wait though. This is just a glimpse into what it's going to be like when all cars are mandated to be electric. avoid it any cost, very very short handed,I had an appointment at 1pm I got there at 12:45 stood in the line for about 40 minutes before I can even talk to anyone , then the employee told me they don't have the size of tires that I need for my vehicle but they do have other expensive one which weren't on sale so I hade to pay about $200 extra other wise he will have to order it for me which I didn't wanted to it any how he told me about an hour or an hour and half but after one hour and 45 my later I came out of the Costco to see why I'm not getting call when I checked my car was parked at the same place and they didn't even move it yet basically I will never ever come to this place and will never recommend it to anyone

Don't come!!! DONT COME!!!Spoke to the manager on the phone about 4:45pm, to see why my tire light came on despite having decent air pressure. Told me to swing by to get it checked, not much of a line and probably done soon... I repeat just getting it checked. Got there at about 5pm, writing this review at 7pm, still haven't gotten my car checked. However, 3 different "ladies" have come by asking for small checks, inspections, and got their tires filled with air by the shop workers... although they have a self serve air machine outside for customers to use... asked how long it would take to get my car checked and still was told to wait. Now I'm not a woman, so is this why I'm being made to wait? Freaking ridiculous!!7:15pm they won't check the tires for punctures because they think it was low air, even at our behest they wouldn't check it

If i could take away stars, this is the place. I waited 2.5 hours for a walk in patch job. I asked 4 times how long and each reply was "your cars next" or "it's going in as a bay opens up." Literally had time to shop at costco, wait a hour, eat, and still had to wait. 2 hours ago, there was 5 techs working (1 was at the front desk) and 5 bays filled. 2.5 hours later, there's 2 techs (one at the front) with 4 bays filled. WTH?

Absolutely ridiculous how much you have to wait they act like they are doing you a favor.The customer service from Rico who's supposedly the supervisor is awful.They don't want to do the repair and expect for you to take your tire home and instant yourselves.Please hire more employees who are willing to work

Made an appt to have my tire patched and on that date and time (had to wait 2 days for a time slot), I arrived only to then stand in line for 30 minutes as there was ONE GUY handling the entire line of people which was out the door. And that's not all - he was ANSWERING PHONE CALLS TOO! They finally got my car into the bay where it sat for another 30 minutes, then I get a phone call telling me that they CAN'T PATCH IT, cuz the tire is 6 years old. HUH? It's 2022 and my car is a 2017 w/ a grand total of 10K miles on it. He said they go by the date of the tire (facepalm).Said it was Costco POLICY. But WHY is there such a policy to begin with? Ridiculous.And WHY didn't they ask or tell me when I called to make an APPOINTMENT? They asked what year it was at that time - instead of wasting 2.5 hours of my life?Since I had a leak in the tire and it was sitting for 2.5 hours, I asked if they could at least re-fill the tire with air so I could at least make it home. By some miracle, he said "sure". So I head out of and my tire pressure monitor shows that I only have 19 lbs of pressure in the tire! So I head back again and again, miracle of miracles they actually did it correctly this time.What an absolute CLOWN SHOW. Never and I mean NEVER will I EVER go back to Costco for anything tire related unless I'm in the mood to watch complete and utter INCOMPETENCE in action. JFC...
