On New Year's Eve after closing, I needed a nebulizer. The owner told me he would be in the office to do paperwork that evening and that I could drop by. Very nice guy. I appreciate that especially since everyone else was closed. Thank you!

They carry many medical supplies that other stores don't carry. They provide excellent customer service.

Called this location to see if they had insulin syringes available. The gentleman that answered did confirm that they had a few packs available. I let him know that I would be there shortly. Now aside from the syringes I will say that this place was loaded with almost anything you would need to care for yourself or a senior. Pretty much any type of medical supply available they seemed to have in store. I show up and the woman in the store asked if she could help me? I let her know I called earlier and spoke to the gentleman about insulin syringes. She seemed confused but the gentleman at the location went to the back and pulled out 4 older packs. Fine by me I was happy they had them in stock. The woman wasn't sure of the cost and called someone else to try and get pricing. Hangs up the phone and asked me how many I needed? I let her know I would buy all 4 bags. She then tells me that it was $24.99 per bag I let her know that this is not standard pricing. She looked confused and I showed her pricing from multiple retailers. Generally when paying cash these are between $3.00 -$5.00 for a bag of 10 syringes. Either way unfortunate that stores like this are price gauging. I ended up going to the pharmacy right next store and paid $5.00 for the syringes.

Went in and they questioned why I even needed a chair cause I "looked" perfectly healthy. You can't see OA & DDD and the fact I need surgery on my back. Anyway.. come to find out that the same chair they sold us for $300 is priced $150-$185 everywhere else. They were friendly and helpful but they are priced way higher than online and other places. Do your research first before buying anything.

I will never recommend this company! They took advantage of the Covid situation. They delivered less than a quality hospital bed which I could not see since I could not get into the facility. Then they said they would pick it up when not needed and after seeing it give us a competitive price which they did not! He sent the driver with cash that was low balled and of course if I didn't take it it would have been a fight to get anything! The facility said they will not use them either after hearing this!

This place had all the parts I needed for my son's breathing treatment. The nebulizer, the pipes and tubing, the mouth apparatus, everything I needed, they had.

I'm really unhappy with this place right now because I'm trying to get a seat replaced on a scooter that they sell but they can't give me information accurately over the phone. They don't have anything online. I've called three times, sent a photo and then my daughter has gone in twice to try to get it. But there's a big lapse in communication apparently if they have them they're at another location which the guy never told me. I will say that I bought a battery and had a repair done and they did a good job that was last year. But right now I don't understand why it's so hard to just get a cushion (seat base replacement) on a scooter I'm now looking elsewhere.

Treated very poorly here. Accused of BUYING medical equipment to go and sell because I wanted my item in a box and of color? She was very prejudicial in her way of assumptions and this is unacceptable to continue doing business in this COUNTRY. What type of ignorance is this? Buy a pricy item that the MD provided a scrip for that is medically necessary and then go and sell it. Either she is just as she presented or ignorant and either are good. I will also contact the BBB about this matter as she needs to know how to treat individuals. UNACCEPTABLE
