Response to your reply:Excuse me ? I am lying? I have a mechanic no its not my nephew where did you get that information? I bought a battery based on the recommendation of your employee. It was the wrong battery its not compatible that is the issue. The young man at the store has amazing customer service if I wanted to lie why would I even say that? it would've been better for me to lie about that too. The young man has amazing customer service, I explained what happened he was not rude I was not rude at the end I told him to keep the battery and I left without it. It's sad to see this response from you. No problem keep the money and keep the battery. Thank you By the way I did ask your employee to install and he said he couldn't because its a liability issue. It has not been 3 weeks.I visited your location on October 16th and had a positive experience with a young man who was very polite and helpful. I appreciated his assistance in checking my battery and recommending a compatible replacement for my Toyota Camry hybrid. He did mention that my battery had a sensor, but assured me it was an easy fix. However, due to liability concerns, he was unable to perform the installation himself.Yesterday, I took the battery to my mechanic who informed me that it is not the correct one for my car. I mentioned the suggestion made by your employee to hot glue the sensor to the battery, but my mechanic strongly advised against it, as it would pose a liability risk. I trusted the gentleman's recommendation and purchased the battery based on his assurance that it was suitable for my vehicle.Today, when I returned to your store because the battery is not compatible, I was informed that you do not provide refunds and there is nothing that can be done. I am quite disappointed with this response since it was your employee who sold me the battery that he claimed was the right one for my car. The mistake was made by your employee, and I believe I should be eligible for a refund, it has been two weeks. Horrible experience. I left the battery at the counter. I am so upset

The man that runs the store is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. People in Corona try to take advantage and buy batteries for cars with electrical issues and have the nerve to go back in and argue with him. He won't put up with that and he shouldn't. He knows his stuff, just trust him. My 2014 Chevy Volt needed a battery and he sold me a new Interstate battery and my car runs and starts perfect again. THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN. I give Corona Battery Xpress my highest recommendation. Thank you.

Bought a reconditioned battery from them a few weeks ago, the next day it was dead. Now they don't answer the phone. Bad business, should have just spent the extra $40 to buy a new battery with a warranty somewhere else. These guys are a scam.***UPDATE***I didn't say a new battery was $40. I'm saying that I should have spend $40 more to get a new battery. If you take what I paid you and add $40 I could have bought a new battery.

Bought a reconditioned battery from these guys for my truck 4 years ago so it was time for a replacement I can't believe it worked for so long and the price was only $49! I also bought a new battery for my RV it was just $99! These guys are so amazing and helpful they deserve more than 5 stars!!

i went in for a used battery as i always do there but this last time i went july 31st he sold me a old battery that didnt work just because i had a sound system the non working battery cost me 80 bucks and now i have to go spend another $120 bucks for a new one dont buy here if you have a sound system because he’ll sell you junk

Worst place to get used batterie I bought one a month ago left me stranded 3 times mind u I have new alternator etc the manager then says I’ll wait for you till 445 which he did not I came right over after work

Do not go here! They are crooks. They try to convince you that the battery that they are selling you is adequate despite the fact that it is rated for a lot less than your vehicle needs. They don't understand the cold cranking amp ratings as designed by the manufacturers. I went round and round with an employee on how a battery actually works. He was clueless and continued to blow his hair out of his eyes. I called the other store to get advice since the employee had no idea what he was talking about. They then refused to sell me the battery since I knew what I was talking about. Don't buy a battery that is not accurate for your vehicle, it will leave you stranded! I bought the same battery at their other location yesterday and it wouldn't start my vehicle. I tried to take it back and they said"no returns ". Now the owner is threatening me for this post. I just got a text that he is coming after me.

Excellent service again, I already purchased a couple batteries from this place and they are awesome. They advertise 8 months warranty and I have my last battery on my wife car for over 2 years. Axel is the guy who helped me.

A nice man who works here really saved me and my daughter..went way above and beyond selling us a battery..I would like to Thank You Very Much for being so kind to help us and going out of ur way to help my daughter and me and taking time to get her battery in and make sure it all was good for her. I didn't catch your name but I know you know who you are and again thank you for all. I wish more men like you existed these days. I will always be greatful and recommend your place wen ever I can . I had a really bad experience here.. I purchased six 6 volt batteries for my golf cart and 2 weeks later the batteries stopped charging. I took the batteries back to get checked and the old man there swears that he didn't sell me the batteries. He didn't try checking if they hold charge because they were not stamped with their logo. He refused to replace or exchange. While we were discussing the issues with the batteries I purchased, another walked in with the same issue. They had just purchased the battery the same day. Make sure the batteries you purchase from here are stamped. Also, don't forget to get them tested before purchasing. I really don't recommend.
