They might be great but their Google says open and they were not open (Sunday).
The light up sign outside also says open.
These seem small but distinguish great small businesses from others.

Lots of products and good hair quality for us. If you know you know. The owner of the store is very nice. I'm glad there is a store that caters to black people that know what we need.

I have been going to Comfort to get my hair braided for a few months. She braids hair in the back of her store, during her store's business hours. She stop 's braiding whenever she has a customer. This stop and starting will have you in her chair from the time she opens until the time she closes. But I knew this going in. She was late for an appointment and then late again. The appointment is long as it is because she has to stop braiding and take care of customers coming into her store. My last appointment, she was more than 15 minutes late. No text msg or phone call, no apology. Nothing. She is no 20 year old without any business experience, so I expected her to be more professional than that. If you want simple styles, you won't be disappointed. The room at the back of the store is clean, as well as the bathroom. There is no TV or music. If you have all day to spend in the shop , want simple styles, and don't mind people not being considerate of your time, you will like this shop.

It is so refreshing to see another black own business in our community. The service is great! The owner is very friendly. The products and hair available are of great quality. They offer 100% natural hair at affordable prices compared to other places. You can find anything from braiding hair, wigs, weaves, hair products and more. It is definitely worth checking out. I will recommend trying their services!

Terrible customer service. When I walked in, no one greeted me. Both women were on their phones and talking amongst themselves. Store doesn't have a variety of options to choose from. When I went to pay, the owner was still on her phone at the counter until she finally took my money. She didn't even know how to count the change. Won't be going here again.
