This was my first time in this gas station location and its the worst customer service ever. I when inside to put gas and redeem some scratches and purchase more. I gave my winning tickets to the cashier and I was choosing my tickets and he was rushing me and giving me attitude he told me are you done and I told him yes and there where 3$ left so I told him give me another3$ scratches and his response was(I thought you where done and I told him can you help me or not and he just ignored me. I end up putting gas some where else I just left. Very bad customer service every review here its about there staff. No one wants to shop at a place where they give you bad customer service and disrespect you and make you feel uncomfortable I will never go back again

You guys are losing a lot of customers because of the idiots who decide to park at the pumps or block the way just to get a slushy. You guys might wanna do something about that. I seen multiple people leave for that. I was a regular until this happened several times. It's Awful

Today 3/22/23 the homeless looking dude behind the register with red/blonde hair and big beard was in an unusually foul mood. A simple smile, thank you or thumbs up go a long way. The female attendants are way better in every respect.

Every time I come here, there is no receipt paper at the pumps. You have to go inside to get your receipt, then wait in line for your receipt. On any given visit,1/3 of the pumps are posted Out Of Order. The staff is rude! Today, there were three employees joking around in the store. The person behind the counter, with comical Groucho Marx eyebrows, she (she, her, it, them) was joking and talking with the other two guys. I asked about my receipt since the pump was, of course, out of paper. She responded bluntly and rudely. One of these three employees must have had time to check/maintain the pumps. The only reason I wanted my receipt was because the pump readout showed that I spent $25.01 and got 0.367 gallons of ⛽️ gas. So, at this time, Pump 2 should be tagged Out Of Service!

Edit: Since I can't leave multiple reviews, I'll just add on to this one from a few years ago. It is now 2022. There's a few guys here who rotate who does graveyard shift, and we all get along except for one guy named Sayid. Openly hostile, dismissive, and escalates EVERYTHING to screaming immediately. He needs a buddy to keep him calm, because I wouldn't trust him with my store, nor its reputation around the area.Original Review Below:At 4:30am (store was open) I got to watch the employee behind the register walk up and lock the door to the building on me, and when I tried making eye contact, they just waved at me, pulled their masks aside, and yelled "BYEEEE!". So yeah, that was fun.

Customer service was very very bad! 10/14/21 @ 8pm. I've had worse service, but this kinda sticks out. I was never greeted when I handed my items to the lady. Throughout the process words were not said and even when I said thank you she stayed quiet. I'd like to think it's because I wasn't wearing a mask and white as it gets. ???

This place deserves a zero star. Paid for $40 of gas and asked to use the restroom and was told that it was closed down when it definitely wasn't. (Other employee said it wasn't) older bald gentleman, avoid him. Don't bother coming here unless you absolutely have to.

I went in on Wednesday night, got a soda, go put the soda in my cupholder and the cup broke from the bottom soda everywhere, it happens, but what really has me writing this review is I walked back into the store told the clerk "the cup just broke on the soda I just bought" as I'm walking to the soda machine, (I was going to get another one) she tells me "you have to pay for a cup" , I told I was going to I just wanted to let you know about your cups. Really...

Customer service is rare these days. But Kathleen always gives me a warm welcome when I enter and has a great sense of humor! Rarely seen in this inviroment and an asset to a company like this. I hope they recognize her for her talents and promote. I hope to see her when I return!

This place gives you a discount and then adds it back onto the total so that you don't actually get a discount they literally rip you off. I personally will never go here again
