I love this place. The owner is amazing and very friendly. He remembers his regulars and is very sweet. His vape deals are great! $20 even for a funky Republic peach pie. Been going here for years, and will continue to.

I've been one of Cigs USA's customers for year's. They're very friendly, treat their customers like gold & are always very helpful with great prices. They're always busy which proves just how popular they are. Jon is the best manager & tries very hard to get the best prices for his merch. One of the better smoke shops in Corona.

The Owner John and all the employees he has working there now are very nice and polite.Very good prices also on lesser known cigarette and cigar brands.Various odds and ends for sale. Apparently also a wide variety of the vape and CP? Gummi products, something i am not familiar with, but seems quite a few people walk in and buy, when i go buy my smokes.

Every time I go in I am always greeted like family. The employees alway go above and beyond and are incredibly knowledgeable. Trust me, I ask a million questions on vapes because I like to try new products. Highly recommend this place!! The staff is super friendly and very informative!

The owner, John, is very nice & on top of what his customer's want & need. His employee is also very nice & professional and makes every customer feel important. She remembers everyone's name (unlike me), and is so helpful. Great prices, location & products.Update: Hey, I just read on another post that Cigs USA makes their own Almond Rocca! I never knew that! I think I need to get some of that!!

Cashiers are very friendly and make you feel welcome as you walk into they greet you. ?That place has everything and more. Its a one stop shop for me. They also have California Lottery and scratch tickets. They also have homemade almond roca. Bomb!? So good i could have eaten the whole bag. But i managed to save some for my twin sis (since she paid for it) lol?

Very rude customer service, first time here very unwelcoming associates here. Inconsiderate to assist for some reason. But that's ok, that's where these certain people belong. I'm glad I didn't spend my money here. ?? I was looking to find a cbd product and I asked one question and the response I received was as if I wasn't deserving to hear what was said repeated. Some people still haven't learned how to handle certain objections or misunderstandings of customers questions and complaints. Rating professionalism ...scale 1-5.. 1
