One of the new workers always closes before 8. Showed up 10 mins before 8 and got turned away saying he closed already. Not the first time this happened. He closes 20-30 mins before 8 sometimes. Annoying! If hours changed, update Google!

Purchased a Flum Float Lush Ice opened it in front of the lady and it tasted horrible so I asked for a new one she made me wait for her to take care of 3 other people and then gave me a nasty attitude the whole time while getting me a new one making rude remarks NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

Love this place. If you're looking for your new go to spot or just stopping by to grab a vape, a pack of cigarettes, a leaf wrap, lottery, or whatever, this is def the smoke shop to go to. They have a variety of everything and they even have a cigar room!

Unfriendly woman with bad tattoos and a poor attitude. I'd say less than helpful, but she at least rang me up.As for the store...limited selection of tobacco products. Don't go there if you want anything nice or higher end. Probably find better selection and price at Walmart.

I don’t wanna come back to this place. The arabic guy is always in a bad mood. Maybe he got a big problem and transferring the bad energy to customers. I asked for receipt and he is murmuring words i couldn’t understand. Such a bad place to buy something. A zero star could be more accurate to be honest.

I like this place and i always buy my smokes there. The owner has always been a professional to me and i havent had a problem until these last two visits. When i got there he was leaving town so i figured I wouldn't keep him and asked one of the girls to help me. I told her i wanted to see there nektar collectors and asked for something durable. She showed me a few glass pieces with titanium tip and asked for anything more durable like teflon or plastic. She must have been knew cause she really couldnt help me. Anyway i ended up buying the glass/titanium collector and i took it home and put it together. As soon as i pressed the keck clip into place the glass crack where the titanium and glass join together making my $35 collector useless. So i go back the next day (today) and i told her what happened and she said "thats your fault" when i told her what happened. I laughed at her cause this is her first week in the glass business and just yesterday she couldn't tell teflon from titanium but shes gonna assume she knows the glass broke because i pressed a clip onto a collector wrong when ive had many and never had one just break like it did. Anyway i bought a smaller $25 glass/titanium setup and i kid you not the first time i heated the titanium tip i heard and felt the glass cracking as it cooled! So here i am $60 outta pocket without a single puff of wax in my lungs... Im kinda bummed and hope the owner gets back before they lose all his business. Currently searching for a nectar collector, sincerely, "sober & smokeless in Norco"

Very nice and clean place, BUT YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR IT!!$25 for a single 100ml vape oil bottle. Cloud nerdz run me 2 for $30 everywhere else I go!!!Yes the same size bottle too :(

This place is great for all of your smoking needs. Not only is it all immaculate, the service is uncanny. The owner and workers are very kind, patient, understanding people. Stephanie takes the time to memorize the items you purchase regularly. She really brightens the customers day and builds relationships. The store carries almost every vape, cigarette and rolling paper brand. The cigar room is always stocked and the glass ware is quite artistic. Knives, swords, piercing, hookahs and more
