Just purchased the Pastor chorizo, Spicy, Medium and Verde! Thank you to the Family! I was treated with so much hospitality and love. I will definitely be back. We are already frying up the Verde chorizo as I type this! Its so delicious!!

Grocery store chorizo tends to be poorly seasoned and too milly. This is a great chorizo, authentic, well seasoned, and spiced right. Highly recommend.

This is the best chorizo! The owner are really friendly and nice. They also have cafe de holla and homemade cookies and they are delicious ? I really recommended this place for those who know real Mexican chorizo.

Attention foodies especially the ones that enjoy cooking or knows someone that does, I walked in to this establishment thinking it was a restaurant, surprise it's not, they are a small locally owned Chorizo factory, that makes the best medium spice chorizo I've ever had, so take some to the closest kitchen available to you and start cooking, your taste buds will thank you for it

So first off I didn’t even know this place existed until today at the writing of this review I happened upon it when I took my dog to get groomed.So review time the chorizo is GREAT!!! I tried the Green chorizo and had their homemade salsa (the red one) the hottest one and it pared well with the chorizo and eggs I made when I got home. It’s a tad pricey but I feel you get what you pay for and I will definitely be getting my chorizo here for future grilling.My only con is lack of advertisement there needs to be signs about this place because like I said earlier I stumbled upon it by accident.All in all a GREAT place for fresh chorizo I encourage anyone who hasn’t tried it to do so.

Tried some green chili chorizo from Chorizo Don Carlitos this morning. At first I was thinking how can this be good? It looks like nothing I’ve ever had before! But let me just say that this was really good. I Made a breakfast burrito with it and it reminded me as if I was eating a chili rellano burrito. For me it wasn’t spicy at all but had really good flavor! A must try for sure!!

This location was recommended to me by a friend. They sell very good quality of chorizo- I sampled the chicken chipotle chorizo which had the perfect amount of spices and plan to make tonight! The meat is not fatty and very flavorful!!I purchased the green, red spicy and chicken chipotle, that doesn't even amount to the variety offered in store. I can't wait to come back and try other spice levels. The owner is very enthusiastic and welcoming! I look forward to coming back next time I am in Corona! ¡Que Dios te bendiga!

When I first saw this little shop, it caught my attention but it was closed. I went back a couple of weeks later and I bought a little of almost everything!!I can tell you, if you like chorizo, this is a MUST try. I love that it is a family business and I'm all about supporting businesses like this. Today my husband and I went back and aside from chorizo we got some prepared meat for al pastor tacos, it is better than the chorizo!!!!You can truly tell they put their heart into everything they sell. If there were more stars to rate it, I would definitely give it to them.
