Staff is very unprofessional, I ask for the Russian key and he said someone wasn't there so I waited about 5 minutes I asked again patiently I waited another 5 minutes 15 minutes passed by I ask again and one of the cashiers say oh he has the key, Saying he didn't want to give it to you while laughing at me. I swear to treat your customers, lieiers and lazy people

OVERPRICED and Horrific Customer Service. Came here to meet a few friends. Cashier was abusive and rude. Would not let me get a soda or candy. Take your business elsewhere, they are $0.70 a gallon higher that other stations around. This is a franchise and corporate will not help to correct the issues, but told me where corporate stations are.

Do NOT go to this Chevron gas station Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM. That is when a very mean and nasty guy is working there, who really should NOT be in this customer SERVICE oriented type of business. Was wondering why this place was totally empty then I looked across the street and the Mobile across the street was charging 2.77$/gal for 87 and this Chevron was charging 3.19$! A WHOOPING $0.42 difference! Totally outraged I high tailed it out of there. RUN from this place!

Went to the Chevron smog station located in back alley of the gas station. Owner was present working the desk. Vehicle did not pass smog and I asked the manager what I could do to rectify problem. He turned the conversation into an argument because I wanted to do the work myself. Would not help me in resolving issue. I asked for my key and left immediately. Very disappointed. Will call DMV and report and see what paper work is needed to get vehicle back on the road. Someone commented through another website that a crook owned it. They maybe right !

My one experience with this shop was outstanding. Problem was diagnosed before I spent a dime and he suggested I sell the vehicle rather than give him the business. On top of that he buffed out a blemish on the fender.
