Omg! Love Cecilia and her shop (located inside of the 99 Ranch) Not only does she have great inventory but she has the best recommendations. If I'm in the area I will always stop by to see what she has! Cecilia's is a goldmine here in the Inland Empire.

It's a small store in 99 ranch market but they have most of the good brands that I really like and are popular. They had what I was looking for and good prices. They have hair product, skin care, and other miscellaneous items. The lady was very sweet, attentive, and would suggest recommendations. Would come back again:)
