I was involved in a rear-end collision a few weeks back. My Wawanesa insurance gave me a few options in the area to go through Fix Auto, Caliber Collision, and CarStar. After a few searches and some Google reviews. I ended up deciding to go with Car Star.
Gerry, the service writer did not disappoint.
He was very informative about what was going on with the situation and was open and honest about what could happen, and what was to be expected.
I haven't decided what I'm gonna do yet Moving forward. Obviously, if I decide to get the car fixed. It's gonna be with them, but if anything like this happens again. I know exactly where I'm coming back.

Exceptional vehicle collision experience!
Art provided detailed telephone and email updates throughout the restoration process.
Office personnel were efficient, friendly and communicative at every opportunity.
The final results were beyond my expectations given the amount of repairs, parts replacement, re-calibration and precise finishing required.
Art even offered shuttle service (I did not utilize) that was another positive relating to the overall course of action by CARSTAR Allstar.
I HIGHLY recommend!!

I was rear ended and I used CarStar for the repairs to the damaged vehicle. The damage was fairly extensive and the team at CarStar did an outstanding job in making it like new again. Gerry, Dean, Art and the whole team (including the front desk) was amazing and very personable. They kept me updated all along the repairs process. They even had Enterprise rental come pick me up and also took care of calling them to pick up the rental when I picked up my vehicle after the repairs.

They fixed my really bad rear ended accident in like literally like 5 days! Everything was in such a timely manner! They were all so nice and friendly! Gerry was super nice and helpful and tell me everything I would need to know! The front desk girls Lupe and Veronica were such a big help as well! They also washed my car and my tires have never looked so clean! I will be recommending this place to anyone who needs it!

I highly recommend CARSTAR Allstar Collision Repair Service. Every person I encountered was friendly, helpful, accommodating and efficient. The experience was hassle free and they did an amazing repair job. Best Body shop with excellent service for sure!

All the folks were courteous. I had a wonderful experience. My car got totalled. But I never felt the real loss, because of these people. They made a difference, right from the receptionist, Lopam, General Manager, George Rulz and project manager, Jerry.

We were hit and our car was damaged. His insurance let us choose whoever we wanted. I asked them for a recommendation because I don’t regularly use body shops. They recommended Car Star because of their warranty. I was pleased with the service during the process and the results are great quality. After an accident there’s enough to deal with and having the car fixed doesn’t have to be an added stress.
