I don’t recommend anyone having your vehicle serviced here. The service department has a pretty bad service. When I walked in to the department I was not acknowledged until a few minutes. There were 3 associates there and a manager, they looked at me and kept going about their business, as a customer I felt ignored. The battery I purchased is no longer working and they requested for me to bring my car in with the battery but my car won’t turn on, I’m not sure how I can bring the car in to get service for a battery if the car won’t turn on. I took the battery to AutoZone and they confirmed the battery is bad. There’s a loop hole in their warranty process and it’s not customer service friendly. When I originally brought my car for service they took longer than they stated it would take to fix. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong and they didn’t put everything back together. I popped the hood of my car open a couple months after come to find out they didn’t place a cover back it it’s original place. There’s no customer service here at all, I wouldn’t recommend anyone having your vehicle serviced here. I don’t know if they thought I was trying to take advantage of company but they clearly have records of me servicing my vehicle here. I am truly disappointed as a customer and I would not purchase a vehicle here or get any of my vehicles serviced. Be careful people don’t get taken advantage of like they have done to me. What a shame.

This dealership is the easiest and kindest place to make a purchase , this is my 2nd purchase here. The sales staff (Alex) made this purchase over the phone and email. Going into the dealership was quick and easy since we did all the leg work over the phone. The Mazda financing was super easy as well.

Service is really good. I own a CX-90 and had a CX-5. My only complaint is they always have really loud music in the lobby. I see other customers working and trying to make phone calls or just trying to relax but it's really distracting. Please lower it at a respectful level.

I have been going there since 2015 where I bought 4 cars through the years and always did their maintenance there. I was helped by Shawn, Ricky and Samir the last time I was there and they exceeded my expectations being courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

I was interested in looking for a Mazda cx-5 the sales rep I got was Andrew Douge. I saw this Mazda CX-5 for sale for a good price so I emailed this dealership letting them know I’m interested and set up an appointment. A day before my appointment I called to confirm my appointment and they were sweet and professional and offered us coffee from Starbucks. The following day I called Mr. Douge at 10am to once again confirm the car I was looking at was still there because I live pretty far, Mr. Douge confirmed it. I drive all the way down there to Mr. Douge telling me the car got sold and had the audacity to tell me he tried calling me at 10am but I did not answer not only that they never got us coffee. Now the coffee is not important but to me saying that you are going to do something and not following through with it is a red flag to me. Also the fact that he lied straight to my face made me realize he is not an honest person and I did not want to business with him. He tried showing me another car but I was no longer interested to do business with him. My experience here wasn’t the best. I went to another Mazda dealership in Tustin and my Sales Rep there was the complete opposite of what I had to deal with over in corona and I ended up buying a car in Tustin because of his professionalism.

Went there because they were on the Sam’s club list of car places where you could get a no haggle price. The price was significantly better than what was quoted through a Costco dealer. Purchased a CX-5. Happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Mazda.
