I purchased a 2000 BMW Siena Red Metallic Z3 from Car Sho.
It was a very pleasurable experience and would not hesitate going back and purchasing another car from them again.
Jason, John, Charlie and the Garo were very easy to work with, communication was pleasant.
I have read a few the posted negative reviews, "Car Sho does not return phone calls, emails, etc..
My primary sales representative was Jason.
He returned every email and every phone voice message promptly.
If a message was left after business hours, he would call the following morning.
I also noticed a few negative reviews regarding mechanical issues rising soon after purchase.
You are purchasing a used car, take it to a mechanic, inspect it before you purchase. It's just simple common sense.
John and Jason had no issue with me doing just that, a few issues were noticed, Jason addressed them without hesitation.
What was not addressed, we worked it out in the price of the car.
It was a pretty simple and smooth process.
I'm 62, Car Sho is a 300 mile round trip from my residence.
I test drove a few Z3's much closer to my house, chose the one at Car Sho.
One at a BMW dealership and the others at 2ndry Used Car lots.
I was very skeptical about mechanical issues arising after the purchase and within the 30 day warranty period with a 150 mile trip back to Car Sho should anything arise.
It was a pleasant surprise to find a used car dealership that quelled that concern as we addressed everything prior to the sale and they worked with me after I brought the car home as well..
Well Done Gentleman..

I was a somewhat unusual consumer for Car Sho. I had my buddy find a vehicle from them that he thought was in good shape for the money. I purchased the vehicle and had it shipped to me in SC without me personally ever seeing it. My salesman, Sohail Alas, was very forthright with communication and any concerns that I had. I wired them the amount and everything went smoothly, even though I had some odd requests before shipment. After the purchase of the vehicle, I had it towed to a local mechanic of my buddy's to look at it and fix a couple things before shipment. Car Sho was accommodating and, again, Sohail responded to all my calls and texts in a very timely manner.
Was a very good experience for never having met, in person, anyone there.

Honestly probably the worst Mistake I Have ever done. And I don't want it happening to anyone else. I, not so long ago bought a ford-f250 from them and was the worst. How they say the cheap stuff ends up being expensive and that was the case here. When we test drove there was a noise in the suspension and steering wheel was way to shaky, they stated "is just the aftermarket wheels" (since it did have some) and so I believed it. turned out to be the opposite. A couple months later I started to have issues and yes with the steering. Resulting to replacing the steering rack. shortly after, while driving on the highway all of a sudden I lost all control of the brakes mid hwy in which resulted in having it towed, got that fixed. All good right? No. A month later one morning before going to work as I turn on my truck the motor itself just shook the whole cabin in making a knocking sound which that already is not a good sign. Since it it also a diesel it threw way to much black smoke at first and then white in which as we al know thats not a good sign for diesel powered vehicles. And so after all those issues me being tired of problems over problems I took it to an ACTUAL dealership, Ford of Valencia, Got it all checked out and it resulted in a bad engine, with misfires and everything. Whole week later walked out of it with a 14k bill.Moral of the story I was better off buying a brand new if not a certified pre owned truck off of a genuine dealer. Truck from carsho after tax was 35k plus an additional 14.8k bill thats an easy 50k which will get me in a new base model pickup or even a certified only two to three max year old fully loaded truck. I do not recommend this place. Yes It could've been prevented if I didn't chose them in the first place but I don't want it happening to anyone else. If you do plan to purchase from them, bring a scanner and plug it in that car, bring a mechanic and thurally look through everything. You have the right to do all those extra steps when purchasing a used vehicle especially when it comes to buying from a little dealer like them.Prices are great, but not the cars :/

So far so good. I would recommend this business not just because their inventory is great and prices are fair/right/maybe even significantly better than other dealerships- but also because of the customer service being genuine, professional, and prompt. They seem to be honest individuals who take care of their customers, are knowledgeable about their inventory, and disclose anything you need to know. These guys even have a sign in their well-decorated lobby reminding you of your right to get a vehicle you're interested in inspected by an independent/unaffiliated third party at a cost to you (like I said; these guys don't seem to have anything to hide). This is helpful to help you avoid a problem and good to know that you are offered 30 days for any issues presented.I like that they had that here being as I've experienced purchasing a lemon before, so I think this could help others avoid headache and hats off to Carsho so far for being legit. Now I digress: the point is- this is a good place I would recommend. Not sure if it's a family business but they seem to have family type or values there in being good people. Compliments specifically to Jason who took care of my inquiries. He made sure the vehicle I had bought didn't get sold while I was figuring out my finances. Jason was patient with me/my situation (poor credit, screaming children in the background, etc) and did not pressure me into the sale but made it such a pleasant process! He helped me get the vehicle I got today by giving me an excellent trade in offer for my truck. I appreciate how this was done seamlessly without nickel and dimming me or without being pushy. He and John were able to give me that fair trade in value and even offered extra for my trade in, which was very much appreciated. Also; without me asking- they gave a little extra discount for minor cosmetic issues on the vehicle I ended up buying as a nice gesture showing they were working with me n my ability purchase (there was a little hiccup of being unable to finance due to my credit not being quite up to par but they worked with me and were patient, which helped being as getting a vehicle of this type/caliber/price is competitive). So that was very helpful and really cool of them: a gesture that doesn't go unnoticed.I should also note that John was very informative with my paperwork. He is professional and thorough with your transaction. And asI alluded to with the compliments, I think Jason is who you should ask for if you're choosing a vehicle with Carsho because he looks out for you and is very attentive of his customers: Anyway, this place was pleasantly surprising as far as overall customer service experience and feeling of having purchased a sweet deal goes. I normally don't take this much time on a review but feel anyone looking to invest in a new vehicle should choose where they shop carefully and this would be a good choice of place to go to for your car shopping needs!

I Highly recomment Carsho, Fernando was extremenly helpful and very patient with us. He took the time to explain their services and gave us walk around to see all the options they had available for Rams. Fernando was very humble to our situation and helped as much as he could so we can bring this baby home.Thank you Fernando and Carsho for making this happen!

Easiest car-buying experience ever. We came in to test one car we saw online, but found we didn't like it. The salesman Jeff was so accommodating and helped us find just the right car for our needs at the exact same price we were planning on spending. We will be back.

After doing my research and shopping the internet, I had already known what kind of car I was looking for, and the dealership had the car. Jason helped me through the buying process plus the trade in. Charli was thorough with the signing process. Over all I would recommend buying a car from this business, and especially let Jason & Charli guide you through a pleasant purchasing experience!

Bought a jeep wrangler from here- literally on my way home- FROM THE DEALERSHIP driving no more than 20 minutes off the lot- it threw a check engine light and it ended up being something costing 2k in repairs. I paid quite a bit and was guaranteed a completely ran through and mechanically sound truck and literally right after purchasing it the check engine light comes on. This was right after a salesman told me they were honest about their cars. How insane like what a joke Very disappointed and would never recommend any one to buy here. I have yet to hear back from them as well! They also said the Jeep was detailed and there was dirt caked on almost every surface. The center console and passenger seat were both loose and could have been tightened as well. This was really a disappointing experience

Went to look at a Chevy Colorado at this dealer over the weekend. The interior of the truck was dirty and did not look like it had been detailed. Stains on the seat and substances on the plastic interior. I then looked inside the center console which had literally been cut in half and found several condoms(unused) in their packaging. Absolutely disgusting! Salesman blamed it on the detailer. My guess is when something goes wrong with the car he'll blame someone else again. I will never go back.
