“I was involved in a rear-end collision a few weeks back. My Wawanesa insurance gave me a few options in the area to go through Fix Auto, Caliber Collision, and CarStar. After a few searches and some Google reviews. I ended up deciding to go with Car Star.
Gerry, the service writer did not disappoint.
He was very informative about what was going on with the situation and was open and honest about what could happen, and what was to be expected.
I haven't decided what I'm gonna do yet Moving forward. Obviously, if I decide to get the car fixed. It's gonna be with them, but if anything like this happens again. I know exactly where I'm coming back.

“They were terrific. Eddie goes above and beyond for you. I just needed the inside door panels done on my 26 year old T100. Eddie and his team did them in 3 hours. Looks better than factory but wait there’s more! He fixed the door locks, broken for years. He even ordered a heel pad for my floor mat. A local small business too. Eddie is very involved in the community. Will go there again.”

“If you want your car repaired perfectly, bring it to Fix Auto. I have, unfortunately, had to use them twice, and the work they do is spot on. The paint, the lines, the meticulous workmanship is awesome. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is their follow-up and communication could be better, and the front office receptionist is a little short with callers and uses a tone suggesting you're bothering her. Lastly, she always answers and speaks to callers using the speakerphone. IMHO, this is a customer service failure. Great workmanship, bad customer service.”
“I have used this place twice recently. They're fairly reasonable and provide good service. I think the installer may have forgotten to tighten the set screw on my rear view mirror however. I did it myself when the mirror came off when I was messing with a windshield sun screen.”

“I see their commercials on TV all the time. When my back driver’s side window was broken, I decided to call Safelite. I contacted the center in Valley View. The ease of scheduling an appointment was perfect. Straightforward and simple. The availability of a technician was also timely. The day of the appointment, the technician provided a time when he would be there. When he arrived, he wa courteous, friendly, and professional. He installed the glass and provided instructions to follow. It didn’t take a long time to replace the glass. Hopefully I wont have anymore windows damaged but if I do, I will call Safelite! I highly recommend their company.”
