“Robert the owner is a true gentleman. When it comes to service he went above and beyond his capacity and provided a great service to me. Recently , I ordered a huge quantity of wall caps for my backyard Project. He outsourced my order and have a local manufacturer makes my wall caps. When I received my order most of the wall caps were not up to the quality to be installed in my backyard. I called Robert and complained about the quality of the caps. He immediately rush to my house and told me to take some pictures of the caps. After taking the pictures he immediately send the pictures to the manufacturer and told him to either replace the entire batch of caps or get the money refunded. The manufacturer hesitated and waited about a month to picked their defective caps. Robert was not very happy about this delay and ordered the caps through a different manufacturer. He also recommended to have a little bit more darker colors caps so they can match with the stones of the retaining wall. Finally my caps arrived much Better quality and a darker color perfectly match with the stones. All this was possible because of the excellent service of Robert. He gain my trust and I will be given him more business and recommending all my friends and relatives to him.”
