I was at the Dos Lagos store this past Sunday. Got home and realized that they forgot to give me my "free gift" with purchase. I called the store. They ask if I could come back and get it. I replied no...can you mail it to me. They mailed it to me in a zip lock sandwich bag!! No kidding! Service is not what it once was when you step into a Brighton Salon and I hope Jerry Kohl see's this Yelp review.

Hello everyone! I came to get a gift and they were close it's says on website it's open until 8 pm but I came at 7:15 and they were closed already . 2 girls inside and didn't say anything . How false advertising. They lost my spending. I went just across the parking lot and spent $160 at the bath & body works instead . Very disappointing for me also will not come to this Brighton here again . Bad business

My aunt and I came here yesterday and one of the ladies was nice but the other two made us feel uncomfortable. I felt it was not the nicest service and they were prejudiced. :/

Went to Brighton with my grandmother to pick up some jewelry for a gift. The store was closed between 2:30 and 3:30 for some sort of break, so my grandmother and I waited in the car for 45 minutes for the store to reopen. At 3:30, a maskless woman walked in the moment staff opened the doors. My grandma and I waited another 5 minutes in the car hoping she would just leave. Some time passed and I walked in the store to ask if there were any maskless customers inside at the moment, and then the maskless women walked out from behind the cash register, to which I realized she was likely the MANAGER. Brighton has a very clear "no mask, no entrance" policy. It is a bummer considering I'm sure there are plenty of elderly women who shop there. I feel bad for my grandma, who waited 45 minutes outside and never had the chance to go into the store.

I have been a frequent customer at this location. I was very heartbroken at the treatment I received by the person in charge that day. She treated me with discuss. She discriminated against me. The gal who rang up my sale did know how to work the credit card, I had to show her. I call the corporate office, filed a complaint but never had a response. Word of caution, if men are in the store they are going to get better service . I saw it happen three times within my visit.
