“I had the pleasure of getting my wedding dress and veil at Beverly Hills Bridal Exchange and it was truly a rare and unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the store owner Michele and her husband, Steve. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel right at home.

The store itself is beautifully organized, with a wide selection of stunning bridal gowns that cater to every style and budget. What truly sets this store apart, however, is the way I was treated throughout this whole experience. The owner personally took the time to listen to my vision, understand my preferences, and guide me through the selection process with expertise and patience. A typical appointment would be limited to 60- 90 minutes, but no time limit here as Michele will make sure you've tried every type of dress you could want. She is passionate in her field and has an eye for these things and will also suggest for you to try other dresses she might think will fit what you would want.

I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Instead, the experience was personalized and tailored to my needs, making it feel truly special. She even provided thoughtful touches and a comfortable seating area for my family and friends who accompanied me. I felt so special and beautiful trying on dresses and seeing myself on her little runway. She also made sure the alterations in-house were taken care of and that I was happy with everything before I picked my dress up. She will also make sure to accommodate my schedule and make the entire purchase and alterations process seamless. Steve was also incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and it was a fun time getting to know these two! They also have the sweetest pomeranian to keep me company and bring a positive and silly energy to the store. They love what they do and they want to ensure that their customers are happy.

I will always remember my dress shopping experience with a smile, and it was all thanks to the exceptional service provided by this wonderful couple. Their passion for what they do is evident in every interaction, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and dedication they showed me.

“The owner Karla is beyond sweet, helpful, accommodating, and kind hearted! I have purchased several dresses from her and each time it has been such a lovely experience! On two different occasions I ordered the wrong size and Karla did not charge me and instead ordered me the right size and put the two that didn’t fit me into her inventory. That really impressed me! She also went out of her way and personally went to her vendor and picked up my dresses so I would have them in plenty of time and not have any stress! It is obvious that Karla’s excellent customer service and concern for her customers are the reason her last location in Corona, as well as her present one, have sustained the ups and downs of the economy as well as Covid. I had previously went to other bridal stores in Corona and none can compare to the gorgeous dresses that Karla carries as well as the exceptional customer service and professional alterations she provides! “this location was actually a great place diamond in the ruff. they've been in business over 12 years great service and selection is unlimited since they did their own alterations so they can customize anything, like most places however this is in house. Values seems very reasonable they have great packages.”
