“Honestly, I’m sooo happy with the work from One Stop Auto. My car looks so much better than what I expected. There was a lots of damage to my vehicle even stuff that you can’t see in the pictures but he was super honest and extremely helpful. He provided the best costumer service that anyone I’ve ever come across in the auto motive industry. If you have any body damage I would definitely recommend going here. Won’t regret it.”

“I was involved in a rear-end collision a few weeks back. My Wawanesa insurance gave me a few options in the area to go through Fix Auto, Caliber Collision, and CarStar. After a few searches and some Google reviews. I ended up deciding to go with Car Star.
Gerry, the service writer did not disappoint.
He was very informative about what was going on with the situation and was open and honest about what could happen, and what was to be expected.
I haven't decided what I'm gonna do yet Moving forward. Obviously, if I decide to get the car fixed. It's gonna be with them, but if anything like this happens again. I know exactly where I'm coming back.

“Stop by for a quick quote on my bumper for I scraped it trying to fit into a parking spot. I had been given a previous" from someone down the street of a minimum of $1500. After speaking with the owner at bear there he simply got some paint dinner and wiped off the yellow paint and advised me to get a touch up kit from the Mercedes dealer to fill in the black spots. I did let him know I did not want to go to insurance as I had a $1000 deductible This quick fix was very generous of him he refused to take any money and I was pleased with the results that he did free of charge. I will definitely be using him for any future auto body needs. His Kindness made my day ? Thank you & your daughter....God Bless you both ❤”

“If you want your car repaired perfectly, bring it to Fix Auto. I have, unfortunately, had to use them twice, and the work they do is spot on. The paint, the lines, the meticulous workmanship is awesome. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is their follow-up and communication could be better, and the front office receptionist is a little short with callers and uses a tone suggesting you're bothering her. Lastly, she always answers and speaks to callers using the speakerphone. IMHO, this is a customer service failure. Great workmanship, bad customer service.”

Love the very economical cost and warranty provided and my vehicle was ready within timeframe. I still cannot believe how beautiful my vehicle looks! I feel like I have a brand new vehicle! Thank you Daniel in Corona for your professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and patience with me deciding on which estimate to go with and I really appreciate receiving two estimates to consider and explanation of the difference in costs. There were three choices but I narrowed it down to two. Thank you to crew who did such an amazing job on my vehicle, paint and minor repair work! Thank you to Donna ,whom I spoke by phone in Riverside, if by chance I couldn’t get work done in Corona. She was also very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. No matter which location, going with Maaco was hands down the best choice!The only very minor criticism but noteworthy is the color of the paint is slightly darker than original factory color. I definitely don’t mind, but feel this should have been discussed beforehand that this could be a possible outcome so as not to come as a complete surprise.Other than that, I’m so overjoyed with the customer service, timeframe, work (paint and necessary repairs) cost and warranty provided.Wish I would have gone to Maaco years earlier!!! “I see their commercials on TV all the time. When my back driver’s side window was broken, I decided to call Safelite. I contacted the center in Valley View. The ease of scheduling an appointment was perfect. Straightforward and simple. The availability of a technician was also timely. The day of the appointment, the technician provided a time when he would be there. When he arrived, he wa courteous, friendly, and professional. He installed the glass and provided instructions to follow. It didn’t take a long time to replace the glass. Hopefully I wont have anymore windows damaged but if I do, I will call Safelite! I highly recommend their company.”
