I had the pleasure of getting my wedding dress and veil at Beverly Hills Bridal Exchange and it was truly a rare and unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the store owner Michele and her husband, Steve. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel right at home.
The store itself is beautifully organized, with a wide selection of stunning bridal gowns that cater to every style and budget. What truly sets this store apart, however, is the way I was treated throughout this whole experience. The owner personally took the time to listen to my vision, understand my preferences, and guide me through the selection process with expertise and patience. A typical appointment would be limited to 60- 90 minutes, but no time limit here as Michele will make sure you've tried every type of dress you could want. She is passionate in her field and has an eye for these things and will also suggest for you to try other dresses she might think will fit what you would want.
I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Instead, the experience was personalized and tailored to my needs, making it feel truly special. She even provided thoughtful touches and a comfortable seating area for my family and friends who accompanied me. I felt so special and beautiful trying on dresses and seeing myself on her little runway. She also made sure the alterations in-house were taken care of and that I was happy with everything before I picked my dress up. She will also make sure to accommodate my schedule and make the entire purchase and alterations process seamless. Steve was also incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and it was a fun time getting to know these two! They also have the sweetest pomeranian to keep me company and bring a positive and silly energy to the store. They love what they do and they want to ensure that their customers are happy.
I will always remember my dress shopping experience with a smile, and it was all thanks to the exceptional service provided by this wonderful couple. Their passion for what they do is evident in every interaction, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and dedication they showed me.
If you are looking for a bridal dress shopping experience that is memorable, personalized, and filled with kindness and detail, I highly recommend BHBE! Trust me - truly the best experience a girl could ever ask for and you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely loved working with Michele and Steve. Hopefully no one gets near the amount of time I took to find my dress. But Michele let me try on as many gowns as I needed to find the one that fit my style and budget. Plus the decor in the shop sets just the right mood for the special occasion. Beautiful and varied styles and designers, helpful tips from Michele’s in depth experience, and a spot on alteration specialist on site… I would absolutely go here all over again!

Michelle was AMAZING! I found my dress on my first day wedding dress shopping. She was the 2nd store I visited. When I entered the store, I knew that the dress quality and customer service was so much better than the first store I went to. Michelle was very sweet, kind, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the wedding dresses. Michelle, her husband, and Mr. Tux (her dog) provided amazing customer service! She let me try-on as many dresses as I wanted! She also provided a fan that blew straight on me when I got really hot while trying on dresses. She helped me put on every dress and put clips on each one to make the dress fit better and to give me a better idea of what the correct sized dress would look like on me. She also talked about alterations, bustling, and she knew what would look best on me. We were a little late and we went well over our appointment time, but she allowed us to continue trying on dresses until I found THE ONE!!! I really enjoyed the coziness of the store, having the entire store to myself, her full attention and help, the seating area for guests, the stage and mirror and the signs for family members to hold up to express how they felt about each dress. She made wedding dress shopping fun and memorable. I knew I couldn’t find the dress I liked the most anywhere else! I was happy to have her pick out dresses that I was iffy about before trying them on. That’s how she helped me find THE ONE! I really appreciated her accommodating a 4th guest with me as well. I also really appreciated that she let us take photos of each dress and that she fluffed my dresses and picked the best veils and belts by knowing what I liked, which was lots of shimmer! The dresses were beautiful!! I’m so happy I had someone like Michelle to help me find my wedding dress for such an exciting moment in my life. I really enjoyed the photoshoot with my family and I after saying “yes to the dress.” Thank you Michelle, your husband, and Mr. Tux. I left with a huge smile on my face. And I’m very excited about my wedding dress!!!Thank you again!

I highly recommend the Beverly Hills Bridal Exchange!!!! The experience is everything and my daughter and I had a great one!! Michelle is a total professional and knows her craft! She found the perfect dress for my daughter. The personal attention was terrific and made our experience incredible. I cannot say enough about this place. They have a dress for everyone. My daughter also had some alterations to her dress which made it just her dress! The seamstress was excellent and made the dress just perfect! I want to thank Michelle and highly recommend you get an appointment if you are planning a wedding or special event! Totally amazing!!

I came through the shop on Google trying to find a wedding dress. I had scheduled an appointment the day before and when I got there I was welcomed by Michelle. She was very kind and helpful. She was trying to show me the selection she has but it wasn't what I wanted. The style I had in mind she did not have. After trying on a dress we had a little bit of talk and realized she is from Florida and told me her life story about how she got to own this place. She is one amazing woman and very inspiring. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a dress because she's amazing and she'll help you Find your dream wedding dress
