Pretty upset i bought a braun 9 shaver i know they break down fast but i bought the geek squad warranty and they take care of me unfortunately the last worker that attended me didnt apply now im screwed with a broken shaver and geek squad wont help me

I bought a phone case. It was excellent, although pricey. Best Buy is a brick and mortar store that I appreciate, especially as all the others are dissolving due to giants who are web ghosts. Their selection remains intact, and customer service is top-notch.

Jake who helped my son and I with what he needed for his Meta Quest 2 was awesome. He had great customer service and was super helpful. Over in Geek squad the man was a bit rude. The check out area was so bad. There was only 1 woman and she was dealing with a situation that caused the line to get long. There was about 8 other people in line not including myself and the guy in front of me. It was frustrating that the woman was calling multiple managers or staff to come help with the woman's situation but was not even bothered that the line was growing. I work in retail and as soon as our lines have 3 or more customers we are told to call for back up. Surprisingly I was shocked that Best Buy obviously does not do this. We were done and ready to checkout within 10 minutes of being in the store. Sadly we waited in line for another 20 minutes just to check out. Needless to say Best Buy needs to make some improvements.

Very little variety, the employees do not want to sell and they do not solve anything for you, there is a lack of proactivity from the employees to the customers

Still one of the best in person places to shop for technology. However, I feel like Best Buy (in general) is losing their competitive edge to general merchandise outlets like Target and Amazon.

Don't bother calling this place, they gave me an estimated time of 10 minutes. I was on hold for 30 minutes. Then somebody picked up and hung up the phone on me. I guess I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

I still hate this place. My daughter needed a charging block and a case for her new airpod pros, purchased at Best Buy. Well, no one around to help. Merchandise is organized in a confusing way. Took ten minutes of scouring shelves to find a charging block. Took 20 minutes to pay for it. Only to see a better charger at a better price on the way out the door. Ordering better grar for less on amazon and returning this junk. I wonder how much longer before these guys join radioshack in the pile of companies that just didn't care about customers.
