I get very bad costumer service looks like nobody have experience to add my wife for my account and I stay over 45 minutes to get my appointment very bad shut the close this bench

I felt that the bank was not interested in solving my problems; instead the people were too eager to shuffle me to somewhere else.I sensed a lack of customer service, and even basic listening skills. I am disappointed with the service I received.
