this is a good bank with very sneaky, lying, employees. leave message for a victor. real two face, not trustworthy creep. bank here for more then 20 years, the first time while i'm in hospital i needed them. they lie, give false information, please don't rely or trust anything this creep tell you.

Every time I go the line is very slow and not enough tellers! When I speak with the management about it they just smile and go about their way in a very disrespectful manner. I am going to cancel my account with them today because they lack the desire to meet the needs of their customers in an efficient and organized way. Good bye B of A

The older Indian woman is always rude whenever I go here. I had an edd card (I was on maternity leave) and she gave me false information on how I could use it. She basically was trying to not get me to come into the bank it seemed like. It felt very much bc I am a woman of color. She was super nice to the white lady that was in front me.

Aweful experience. I was unlucky enough to get the same incompetent teller as the irate customer that had just stormed stormed out. She was not capable of finding my account with my DL. After asking for the Manager she told me she was in charge. No wonder this Branch ( Hidden Valley Pkwy) has so many 1 star reviews. This sorry excuse of a Teller/Boss should not work with the Public. Please Bank of America hire friendy tellers with people skills because the one I had to deal with today makes me want to change Banks. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

The tellers are rude, they don't accept dirty bill, tearing bill. What the bank is for if they don't accept those bills.

I just want to thank Sylvia very much for helping me with all my important papers and documents that were needed in a time sensitive matter. She was friendly, swift and professional. Thank you so much for all your kindness and wisdom. This is more important than you will ever know. I even thought the security card to open the doors for us was super kind.
