Nobody seems to be working at the branch. I have been calling for over an hour to the branch, kept on pressing 1 to return to the main menu and 4 to speak to someone at the branch, no one answer the call. i visited the bank yesterday the teller asked me to give her my id, but never gave back to me. i call the branch to ask them to hold it for me so i can come by to pick it up since i am far away. yet no one answer no matter how many time i have called. where us everyone?

This is the worst branch in terms of waiting to get anything done. They have two tellers open and 1 is stuck counting misc. bills and coins for 15 plus minutes and the other is talking to an associate for the whole time. I have seen it several times with long lines and one teller. You will never just see one associate in the side offices. Shouldn't have to wait 20 plus minutes for banking help. Its consistently this bad everytime. There hours are always shortened and during pandemic was closed a lot. Bank of America customer service has gone way down hill. I have already moved half money out and the other amounts will be following.

It's easy to say bad things about banks, the lobby lines , the employees, the bad attitudes, but you can't say that about the Bank of America on Ontario in Corona... the manager herself, Tabita Jimenez stepped away ahead to help me with a problem I had... can't thank her enuf... since she took over it has created better banking in her bank

This must be the worse BofA in existence! As we all know this banking institution is going downhill. Customer service is no more a priority. Always a line with 1 or 2 tellers. They close in the middle of the week just because after you struggle to find Parking in a worthless shopping center, you walk up to the door to read a sign that they are close. The tellers are moody an not caring, they quickly attempt to convince you to use the ATM. After almost 35 years of banking with BofA I'm leaving to another banking company. Oh, by the way, Don't bother driving to the old stinky run down BofA on Sixth street. Same circus different clowns

Terrible location. This has to be the worst BofA. They're always closed, have limited help inside & the ATM eats your card. The ATM sucked in my card & the lady said "there's nothing we can do to help".

I've been coming to this financial center for years. So this is my "home bank" that I always go to. To be straight forward, I hate having to go into the bank in general. I avoid it like the plague lol If I can do all my banking stuff online, then I will. But occasionally, it can't be done online and I have to go in. So this is where I end up. Appointments are encouraged to avoid long waiting times. I wouldn't walk in without having one personally. But if you need to do a quick withdrawal or deposit, then you can stand in the line. Usually it goes pretty quickly. They enforce masks while inside and politely ask people to put them on. I do appreciate that since you have to stand in lines and be in close proximity to others. The waiting area for appointments is relatively comfy with couches for sitting. I don't recommend trying to call them. The phone will ring and ring before someone eventually picks up. They don't seem to be very responsive when it comes to incoming calls/ the phone line. But overall I'd say this is a good financial center.

I was racially profiled at the hands of the Bank of America branch manager named Tabatha from the Corona Plaza location on 08/12/21 I attempted to cash a business check written out to me, at the above mentioned branch. BofA funded this check, & I have had a long, good standing account with them. The teller called his supervisor (Tabatha) for assistance. She told me she couldn't cash the check today, that I had to come back on Monday after she had ordered the money. She then said if I deposit the check, funds will be available 'tomorrow'. I told her to go ahead and deposit the check. 15 minutes after I got home (1 mile away), I get a missed call from Tabatha, her voice message saying I need to come and pick up my check because her branch is not able to deposit it either, they 'cannot negotiate this item' were her exact words. I was shocked this message was left for me. Upon returning her call I told Tabatha I felt I was racially profiled. She quickly attempted to dissuade me from how she made me feel, to which I in turn, quickly stopped her attempt by telling her I will be coming in to get my check the following day. BofA customer service apologized to me for the way I was treated & an investigation has been opened. The following day I picked up my check, went to Union Bank where I have a joint account with my wife + a separate business account. The teller deposited the check in our joint account WITHOUT the request of help of a supervisor like at BofA, & the funds were made available midnight on 08/14. If BofA's investigation does not conclude with a satisfactory response, they are loosing my 2 decades + business!

Worst customer service ever! Every time I come here I wait in line for 30 minutes to an hour. They always have only 3 tellers. I asked the manager to add a teller and she rudely answered we don't have any available, use the ATM. Well you can only get so much money from the ATM.

They are the worst ever !!! No business line. 20 people waiting 2 tellers. Manager and other walking around trying to look busy. Yet not pitching in to help customers I love. 1 star is to many!!!

This Bank of America is badly, badly managed. I went to deposit some checks and get money. There was a guard outside the door letting one in as one came out. O.K. I respect Covid restrictions, HOWEVER no other help was offered. There were 5 people in line. If someone had offered me a deposit slip, I would have been grateful and things would have moved faster. The lady in front of me had an appointment. No one asked her about her business. She just stood in line until she missed her appointment. The lady behind me wanted to open an account. She waited and waited and waited. She finally went to the guard, who went inside, returned and told her no appointments were available for that day and to make an appointment over the Internet. What a joke!! Absolutely pathetic management. Instead of waiting in the almost empty bank to give guidance to the one person at a time allowed in the door, the lady inside should have been outside guiding the line. Pathetic!!

What a friggin joke BofA is. They close thier branches in the poorest areas, they are closed weekends, thier hours are shorter. If you still have a job good luck having time to get to a teller. They say it is to protect people and their staff but thier lines are now 30-40 people long and hours of standing in close proximity to people to get in. Another Big Business using the pandemic and safety lip service so that the can cut corners, staff and service's. A couple of more months until I can tell BofA to go FU#@.

Branch is closed. No matter what time/ day you go there the ATM (3 of them to be exact) cannot deposit nor dispense any cash. So tell me again how this helps your customer base? Please cue up the theme music during your "ass kiss rodeo/ were here to help during the pandemic" jingle you pride yourself on. Do the right thing and board the place up

My review is based on ATM's only because this branch is currently closed due to Covid. This is the most unproductive ATM. You can't deposit or withdrawal, which is useless. Please close them or fix them to save a lot of people wasted time.
