At first I was happy with my purchase. George was kind and willing to work with me some. He threw in a new battery, two back tires and an oil change. Once I realized the clutch was shot, his partner gave us such a hard time and refused to believe it was a problem. After some back and forth, George split the cost with me. A while later, I needed to remove my back tires and realized that whoever put them on, they over torqued them and I was unable to get them off. I needed to take it to a mechanic just to get them off and several of the lug nuts broke. After telling the dealer that they over torqued the lugs, they did nothing. Fast forward a few months, the engine starts knocking. More money gone. Another while later, my headlights start fading in and out. A mechanic takes a look and realizes the battery they so generously gave me was a rebuilt battery that wasn't even the right size for the car. More money gone. I realize that I bought a new car and there are bound to be issues but the battery issue alone makes me believe that if they cut corners on something relatively cheap, what else did they cheap out on?

The sale started out great but the car has had many issues since the purchase and it took me going to DMV Investigations because I hadn't received my registration or title 4-5 months later. At first he kept telling me, any day or I will follow up but it got to a point where he wouldn't respond anymore. After going through DMV investigations. I received both in the mail about two weeks later. I still didn't have new stickers so had to go back to DMV and pay $28 for them.

1 star is too much for this wanna be dealership! he sold me a bad bmw with a mess up transmission!! people please do not shop here! the cars are all messed up. i will contact my attorney!

Watch out for George! Post ads on offer up asking for your info to send you the "carfax" but doesn't. Just used that tactic to TRY to get you to come in. Received a long paragraph about hows he's the owner blah blah blah. No one cares George. If you mislead me on our 1st interaction, what else are you misleading me on? Will not do business here with shady people like George

My wife and I were shopping for a van to convert to a campervan. We researched everywhere within a 100 miles from us in Corona, even auctions, came upon Best Auto right here in Corona! When we came in, we weren't rushed on from slick sales guys. We browsed around comfortably and checked out some vans. Once we were curious about a chat we came inside and was greeted by Shawn. He was extremely well mannered and polite and showed us more about the vans we were interested in. We made several follow up visits because he has a lot if inventory and it changes quickly. That's when we found The One! Beautiful big white beast of a van! Once we decided on our van, and took it for a spin, Shawn was so incredibly helpful and patient with us to get the funds in order. He even held it for us and took it off his website for us. I can't say enough great things about him and his family that contribute to the business. Thank you Shawn, we love our van!

DO NOT waist your time. The owner Omar Rayan is a scammer. He will rip you off. He only sells junk cars ... he is very rude and dose not care about selling bad junk cars to good people.

I had been searching for a GTI for months. I was looking high and low, venturing to the furthest reaches of Southern California to find it - my horse, my steed - but while every other place I visited would've rather kept their cars, Advance Auto Group wanted to sell them. With an incredible selection, it was no surprise that they had exactly what I wanted. It was almost too good to be true.I was met with respect from the very moment I arrived, and had all questions answered honestly. Every move and choice was precise and simplified. It wasn't hard to make a decision, and they did everything they could to get me into the driver's seat. Never in my life have I felt so catered to, and it was relieving to say in the least.Fernando and Co., I want to thank you all for making this experience as mellow and hassle-free as possible, for the world could use more people like yourselves. I couldn't be happier with my new wheels!

Steer clear of Advance Auto Group and owner Fernando, I would buy car from a reputable dealer. I bought a BMW from them the navigation/radio was not working, Fernando assured me screen was broken and he would send me a screen after 3 weeks I got screen, got it installed and still didn't work. when I spoke to Fernando about replacing radio/navigation he told me he would get part to fix it, after almost 2 months he still is giving me excuses and stopped taking my call and will not reply to text messages. Do not trust this shady guy.

Like most of used car dealerships these people over promise and under deliver. They band aid the cars they sell just enough to make the sale. They have they're own shop where they do their Mickey Mouse repairs and sell vehicles with damaged parts. Stay away from these people, the guy's name is Fernando and works with his crooked wife Myli..

BEWARE: OMAR RAYAN, Owner, is very unethical, unprofessional, and irresponsible dealer!! Lies and excuses about selling a car without proper DMV documentation. Never recieved the documentation. Notified DMV for fraud!

Bought a car here, after 4 months still don't have my plates and registration. I cannot use the car anymore because the temporary plates are expired. He never answer phone calls/ text messages. Do your yourself a favor and look for a car somewhere else, you going to save a lot of headaches.

I had an appointment so he can show me the car that i was interested. I drove 2 hours to see it. He was late for 30min. It was not a dealership!!! The front tires was very bad. I couldn't drive that car. Very disappointed!!! I don't know how he want to sell this 2012 dodge caravan with those conditions.
