i went in because my car had been struggling to turn on and i figured it was an issue with the battery. i was greeted upon entering by "JEFFERY A" who was very kind, professional and asked if i needed assistance. he helped by checking the battery and letting me know that it was going to need to be changed. he walked me through the prices and best options for my vehicle (in my price range) and then charged me. he then followed that up by swapping out the old battery in the vehicle and assisting with the exchange for the new one. it was a 5 star experience and although i don't think i'll be needing a battery anytime soon if i need anything else related to a vehicle purchase i'll be sure to visit this location again because of the outstanding customer service he provided.

Mark needs a raise asap. Came to the store to see if I can use there scan tool to scan my engine codes but there system was down but mark went out his way to hep me and another customer by letting us use his personal scan tool.

Brian gets 5 stars. I was super busy with appointments and needed a battery right now. To my surprise, I got in, Brian installed the rgm battery as it got dark, with a good price. In and out in like 25 minutes. Great job

Came in and was helped by a man by the name of Victor J. I told him I came to return windshield wipers (Crosstreks do not like universal windshield wipers) and was asked if I had a receipt. I responded no and he said nope can't return it. I said I called and was told I can get store credit and he asked his coworkers and gave him an obvious yes response. He finished the transaction with rude responses without any please or thank yous. Total d***head.
