Gerry, the service writer did not disappoint.
He was very informative about what was going on with the situation and was open and honest about what could happen, and what was to be expected.
I haven't decided what I'm gonna do yet Moving forward. Obviously, if I decide to get the car fixed. It's gonna be with them, but if anything like this happens again. I know exactly where I'm coming back.

“Got a leveling kit installed on my F150 by 4wheel parts. Suspension not right after that even though I complained of issue, and they did nothing, kept getting told no problem existed.
So decided to go to ORW, where I met Alberto, after listening to my vehicles condition he offered to have his shop Forman do a ride along to feel and understand my issue. And he realized the problem and offered the perfect solution. Very greatful that they took the time to figure out a problem that was not theirs to correct. Truck handles great now.
Thank you all at ORW, my truck is a pleasure to drive again.

“My sisters highland radiator died. Larry Miller Toyota quoted us $1400.00 to replace the radiator. When we called Corona-Norxo Radiators, they gave us a quote on the phone of $700.00 to replace the radiator and hoses. We brought the vehicle in and they did the repair in the time frame they promised and the price did not change. Great work and friendly staff. I recommend this place to folks that do not want to get ripped off by Larry Miller Toyota!”

“If you want your car repaired perfectly, bring it to Fix Auto. I have, unfortunately, had to use them twice, and the work they do is spot on. The paint, the lines, the meticulous workmanship is awesome. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is their follow-up and communication could be better, and the front office receptionist is a little short with callers and uses a tone suggesting you're bothering her. Lastly, she always answers and speaks to callers using the speakerphone. IMHO, this is a customer service failure. Great workmanship, bad customer service.”

“Made an appointment with Paul at JBM to take my F150 in for a ReadyLIFT leveling kit installation, including an alignment and headlight adjustment. JBM Offroad is definently the place to go for quality customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and a wide range of Offroad products. Both Paul and Mark handle the front office and oversight and are top notch at what they do. Stellar customer service. I was told by Paul that after about 1000 miles to bring it back for a check torque on hardware and overall alignment. Joel was the technician who installed the lift kit, handled the alignment, and adjusted my headlights. The shop is very clean and professional, as is the office and waiting area. I was told the truck would be ready at 2:30 pm and it was ready at 2 10 pm. Great service, people, products, and experience. Highly recommended for all of your offroad needs. 35 minutes from Mission Viejo in Corona off the 91 near the 71. A one-stop shop!”

I converted my Dodge to run a Ford transfer so I needed to have a driveline made contact with these guys came in great customer, service, and fast turnaround. They were on time, just as promised, I could not be happier with entire process. Also, I don’t want to put any other driveline shops down, but these guys were able to use the parts that I had because they have the right tools and experience. The other driveline shop I went to told me that my double cardon joint i had had would not work the truth is they just did not have the tools or experience long story short that’s about a $500 part I did not have to purchase because these guys know what they’re doing. Definitely come here. If you’re looking for a one customer service and good quality work I absolutely have no affiliation with these people. Just a happy customer.”

There were three choices but I narrowed it down to two. Thank you to crew who did such an amazing job on my vehicle, paint and minor repair work! Thank you to Donna ,whom I spoke by phone in Riverside, if by chance I couldn’t get work done in Corona. She was also very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. No matter which location, going with Maaco was hands down the best choice!The only very minor criticism but noteworthy is the color of the paint is slightly darker than original factory color. I definitely don’t mind, but feel this should have been discussed beforehand that this could be a possible outcome so as not to come as a complete surprise.Other than that, I’m so overjoyed with the customer service, timeframe, work (paint and necessary repairs) cost and warranty provided.Wish I would have gone to Maaco years earlier!!!
