Horrible dealership. Came here to check out some “certified” used Nissan 370z’s, after the 370z I was planning to purchase was sold without notice, a day after I set my appointment to come in, and two hours into my four hour drive there. The 370z’s they had remaining were tastefully clapped, if that. One of them has a visible broken bumper, which they refused to fix, and deemed it “wear and tear.” Further inspection also revealed that two of them had been repaired from the frame. Specifically near the fender and driver door area. I decided to opt for the 370z Nismo they had, which was still clapped, but the only better one of the four remaining 370z’s on the spot. Decided to try and make a deal, and this dealership would not budge. I asked for a Car Fax of the 370z I was planning to purchase, and they refused. Then they turned the lobby TV extremely loud, and I could hear them speaking about me, and how I’m too poor to purchase the car. It would’ve been my first time buying a car, I offered to put down $8k cash, and they still wanted an additional $1.5k. Decided to walk away from this place, and it was definitely the best decision I made. I ended up going a few miles down and buying myself a Corvette from a different dealership. This place just wants your money, nothing else. That also explains why a lot of their inventory has been sitting here for months. I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

I went for an oil change and had a coupon and they were very rude about it. They wouldn't honor it so I'm taking my business elsewhere. Now I have to call the original location I got the coupon from to see if I can get a refund. I'm just going to jiffy lube as they're cheaper and waay quicker. Extremely inconvenient because I live in San Bernardino. Wasted a whole day. Never coming back here.

I always bring my car here for oil change and maintenance, the employees are friendly and professional. They do a great job and they're fairly quick and also they let you know what other maintenance you will be needing soon and they're not pushy.

I bought a car last week from this dealership. I was really happy on The purchase day, but by the end of the whole process they provided me an electronic copy in flesh card. I brought it home, tried with couple of computers, did not work. Next day I called them and provided 2 different email addresses and asked to mail the documents. Every day I call them and ask about that, they state, that they will email all documents next they, and it is already a week I do not have it with me.I called and asked how to make a payment and they fail to give me any instructions, just provided an email address to contact. Haven't heard anything yet.

When we sat down to discuss the final purchase price we saw an additional $3,000 added to their advertised price of the vehicle. Its their stinking LoJack system that they put on all their cars. Their explanation is that they install LoJack's on all their cars so they know where their cars are at at all times before it's sold. Well that's their benefit, not mine. I have insurance for theft, accidents, etc...they can't/won't take it off any car so you're stuck with it??? They justified it by saying Nissan across the street charges $7,000 as if their $3000 is such a bargain. Is this the norm? I walked out. They can keep their LoJack. And they know exactly where their car is, still on the lot.

I only give a 1 star because there’s no 0 stars. One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had. Went in to see and test drive a car they had advertised. Test drove the car then began to purchase. They ran the credit, saw that it was good credit rating then came and said the bank wouldn’t finance it because the price was over the blue book value. Huh? Most cars are selling over blue book right now, or maybe lower the purchase price. The sales manger went on to ask if there was another car I was interested in. I gave another car, and of course because it was higher priced than the original car I went in for, it would work just fine for financing, although the price was over blue book as well. I changed my mind and left. I sent the General Manager an email after I received and email from him asking about my experience at the dealership. OnceI explained what happened, he never responded back. I took it upon myself to give one more opportunity so I called to ask further questions so I called. The woman that answered said she was in the internet department and assured me she would find out why I was told the vehicle couldn’t get financing and either her or someone would call me back. Of course no call back and it’s been over a week. This is typical “bare and switch” scam from the dealership. I would never recommend purchasing anything here.

Initial experience was ok, they were unwilling to deal because the price was below average. Fine, we get that. When we get the paperwork there is a fee for a low jack that they refuse to remove, the sales manager eventually admits that is their dealer fee. We decide to purchase the car and there is an obvious lack of urgency on their part to complete the purchase, we end up driving home and reach out the next day. At the very last second before we sign they mention that we can take the car to be checked by a mechanic for a fee. We live 100 miles away and this isn’t feasible. We drive back up to pick up the car and on the drive home there is obviously something wrong with the transmission that was not apparent on the test drive. We immediately contact the dealer and no one has responded, they sold us a car that they knew had serious issues. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

DO NOT GO HERE. Classic sleazy dealer. Scammed me out of $5k. Told me some $5k “VIP Package” was mandatory (some PPF (not for the whole car), LoJack, some other small things), and I said I would pass. They repeated that it’s mandatory because it’s all already installed on the car. Ok fine.I live 6 hours away from the dealer. Lo and behold, once I get back I see that not a single thing from the package is installed on the car. They say the only way I can get the PPF installed is if I drive 6 hours back to LA. For door hinge PPF. Yeah, right.I call once every few weeks to try and get them to find someone that can install it in NorCal. They said they’ll try to find someone, but eventually just completely drop the effort. So do I. Felt pretty helpless.Also, they said every car gets a wash and a full tank when sold. I had to remind them to wash it, and got a quarter tank. Cool!

! ! !READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE SHOPPING HERE! ! !We really wanted to buy a car from here, they had a vehicle posted online. It was used. It was posted for 16XXX. We drive all the way out and find out they had a $4,000.00 lowjack system installed that we didnt want. They end up telling us were looking at $23,000. Typical shaddy dealership games. Nobodys gonna want a $4,000 system on a $16,000 car. Watch out for their shaddy “add ons” like $40 3M door protectors they wanna charge you $500 for.Edit: Sorry the 3M protectors were $600. This place is a joke and the reviews spreak for themselves.

This place didn't want to work with us on their 2016 Audi A3...so we left and found one at a price that was in our budget! Never settle! Thanks for not negotiating with us, because of you, we found a better car at a better price! So long Corona Mitsubishi!

Run and run fast and far from this joke of a place. I went to purchase a vehicle I had been talking to the them about for days I drive 2 hours in scorching heat to purchase the car. They ran my credit with 1 bank that excepted me for 28 %. And 500 a month payment only offering my 1/4 for my trade in that KBB said it was worth. Their car was nowhere near the amount they were charging either. This car I wanted to purchase was old with high miles on it. When I denied the offer they said ok well that’s the only place that would except you. Bye. Are you kidding me? Lower the 16,000 dollar price tag for that older car with high miles or give me more money for my trade in. Check with other banks because they didn’t. Do something, anything! Not this place. Any Good car dealership would do anything and everything for me to purchase that car. Not this place they just said ok bye. Then had the nerve to text me to say thank you for making it here today please let us know about your appointment? I let them know and now I’m letting you know they do not do anything to get you the car you want. It’s all a huge waste of time!!!! Seriously save yourself from these kinds of car dealers. They’re only in it for themselves. If they can’t get the money for themselves to be happy, then you do not get the car. Time for this place to hire new people who do want to sell you a car at a reasonable price with a reasonable deal! I wish I had known before going all the way there wasting my day and my time for nothing! Don’t waste yours!!!

Employees showing the car is nice, knowledgeable, and polite. Sales won't take a reasonable offer. Go look for a better dealership.
