I had exactly the same experience as someone else reported a few weeks ago: they list cars with discounts as pictured, but when you try to purchase at this price, they start adding from one to three additional "dealer packages" at $1,495 each. And they refuse to sell without them. To me - this is misleading and false advertising; looking for a car elsewhere.

Jay was super amazing. I came in with my dad and he listened to us and we were treated so great. I got the car I want, the price I can afford plus warranty. Thank you Jay AARONS MITSUBISHI!

I’ve been taking my Mitsubishi Outlander to Aaron Mitsubishi for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service department, especially Adrian. He consistently gets back to me before the time he promises and always goes above and beyond to ensure that I’m satisfied with the service.
My husband and I have also checked out the newer models, and the salespeople are friendly, helpful, and never pushy, which we really appreciate.
In fact, I’ve been so impressed with the dealership that my daughter, who lives in West Hills, is planning to travel all the way to Corona just to purchase her Outlander here.
I would highly recommend Aaron Mitsubishi to anyone looking to buy new or used vehicles or just to use their service department. They truly care about their customers!

If you are in the market for a Mitsubishi save yourself some time and go straight to Aaron Mitsubishi in Corona. I decided I wanted to try a few plug-in hybrid vehicles and after testing some used car models I almost purchased a 2018 Outlander at a Carmax. There was a long wait there, my salesman was nice enough, they do take your license, and I run some type of background check and definitely hard sell you the extras and warranty but that is to be expected. I have bought and leased a few cars from dealerships and usually really despise the whole process. I decided to try my luck on the manufacturers special deals advertised on new models for Labor Day weekend or at least compare what the new models offer over the 2018. After really dismal "bait and switch" type ordeals where other dealerships don't have any of the sale versions of the vehicle in stock etc. typical BS I was ready to table the whole car shopping altogether. Aaron Mitsubishi seemed to have a lot more in stock shown on their website, so I decided to give them a shot. They not only gave me an incredibly deal on an Outlander, but they also got me into the upgraded model that I really wanted with more bells and whistles that I can probably learn how to use. It was a huge team effort; Jay and Steve were awesome, but everyone there went above and beyond to help get me qualified and gave me the rebates and discounts that model wasn't even advertised for. They have a happy, pleasant atmosphere, I didn't get the desperate salesman feeling at all from anyone and I think several staff stayed late to help get me take that car home. I feel like I hit the lottery, and I love my new car.

I drove from Barstow California to Corona California to deal with a sales rep named Ryan. Who was great. Very informative. Straight to the point. Great. I wanted a certain payment and certain requirements. That’s fine. We found the right car and all was good. Onto the finance manager. George the finance manager, brought me into the room where we spent atleast an hour together. We would up putting the car under my husbands name and husband was working so we sent everything over to him. I’m the person that handles all finances and paperwork, husband works hard and asks me where the money goes. That’s how we do things. So George and I were in the office and we were discussing terms and asking questions. George told me great news I’m gonna get you a 150k mile warranty because you drive a lot. Mitsubishi includes the 100k mile drivetrain warranty, which is why we went with the brand. And I immediately questioned. Is this anything additional? He said NO, FREE OF CHARGE. When in reality, he included it in the price he sent my husband for financing. And in front of me I was asked to FORGE DOCUMENTS WITH MY HUSBANDS NAME. He had added a $4,000 150k Platinum Extended warranty to our vehicle. I’m already getting 100k. Why would I pay 4k for 50k miles additional. Just makes absolutely no sense. So what he has done was tweaked numbers and terms to get me where I wanted for payment and said the total was $20k something. But sent my husband for a for $24k something. Super disappointed with the way business was performed here. Be careful and READ YOUR TERMS people. I’m a sales person and understand the tactics, but lying to a clients face is absolutely disgusting. Thankfully the AGWS company is in contact with me and offering a full refund. But for this disgusting customer service and dishonest tactics, additional compensation should 100% be offered. I’m very very disappointed with this outcome. But I love the car. And loved my sales rep. But will not be returning to this dealership or recommending it to anyone going forward.
UPDATE AUGUST 2024
Nothing has been done. They claim they’re refunding me the $4000 they fraudulently represented. But nothing has been done to make up for their foul play. BEWARE

**Updated Review - It's been 128 days since I've purchased my vehicle from here and I STILL don't have my plates from DMV due to Aaron Mitsubishi not responding to a document sent by DMV on April 4th. I had left NUMEROUS messages starting late May regarding this situation since the registration for the car was up on June 15th, 2024. I have spoken to a very nice woman there who has been trying to assist me but I haven't heard anything back yet and it's been 2 weeks since we last had contact. I called again yesterday 7/22/24 and left another message, I'm still waiting for a response. I am now driving around with an unregistered vehicle and no one there seems to care, nor do I have my plates or the title. If someone would like to step in and help resolve this situation please do, and I will gladly take this portion off from my review!!**
I can't say enough great things about the staff at Aaron Mitsubishi. They assisted myself in purchasing a vehicle and everything went seamlessly. The staff is extremely knowledgable and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Our salesman Adiel Escobar was such a pleasure to work with and constantly made sure my young son was doing ok, since purchasing a car can definitely take some time. The finance team; Kenny and Richie were just as wonderful, they made sure everything was perfect so we could get back on the road since we live about an hour away. If you're looking for a car, this dealership is the answer you have been looking for. :)
