My insurance company hired these guys to tow me home after an accident. After waiting nearly four hours, they cancelled on us AFTER the pick up time because they didn't have a driver, leaving us to find another tow company at nearly 1 am. They took a bad day and made it worse; thanks for nothing!

11:15 pm - Got a flat tire last night and couldn't get the lug nuts loose so I called USAA for Roadside Assistance. They dispatched Auto Aide Towing at 11:36 pm and the company said that they would be out to help me in 75-106 minutes. 12:12 am - I called Auto Aide Towing to get an update and the girl said that the driver was on his way to do a lockout and then he would be headed towards me and should be at my location in 45-60 minutes. 01:14 am - I called Auto Aide Towing to check the status of the driver and the girl answered the phone and hung up immediately. The driver never showed and I had to have USAA dispatch another company. If you're stranded and USAA dispatches this company, I strongly recommend that you have them send someone else because they probably won't show. Auto Aide- if you don't want to send the driver, then tell your customers to call someone else. Don't leave us hanging on the side of the road in the middle of the night. Very unprofessional.

So of course on the busiest day I could’ve had as a HVAC (AC) tech. My tire blew on my work van, fortunately I got the pleasure to be assisted by auto aide towing and their worker bob, he was able to keep me posted at all times and let me know if something didn’t go as planned I definitely would recommend them to friends & family and of course anyone with a busy day ahead of them. Super grateful for the overall experience, and thank you auto aide for the assistance.

I was assigned this company through my roadside assistance service. I got a text message from a driver stating that he was 35 minutes away so I waited. After over an hour had passed I texted the guy back to see if he was nearby and received no response. I tried calling the company and got a voicemail. No one ever showed up, the service was just canceled with no communication from this company. Please don’t rely on them to help you out

I needed a jump start and my insurance company set me up with these guys through roadside. I get a text message from the driver Chris saying that he was 35 minutes away even though the posted ETA was showing a wait time of about 1.5 hours, great! I waited the 35 minutes and no one showed so i kept waiting because things happen and we did have a longer ETA on the insurance app. I finally try texting the driver back after about an hour and 20 minutes and I didn't get a response. I tried calling the company and the calls went straight to voicemail. No one ever showed up. They never even communicated that they would not make it out and I had to wait hours for another towing company to come do the job. I wouldn't recommend trusting them if you're in a bind because they may ghost you for a more lucrative call.

My experience dealing with this company has been great. I had a rental car that had a flat tire and needed to go back to the airport Alamo. The driver delivered the car on Sunday night to Alamo rental. I called on Monday and Alamo said they don't know where the car is!!! I called Auto Aide Towing and spoke with Daniel and he confirmed the car was delivered to the location and provided me with all the details that I needed. Daniel was very helpful and could tell that he enjoyed his job and his customers.Services: Car towing

They don't wanna work, they got a dude built like a king size bed room and hates life, I'm sure they might have a associates maaaaaybe that works good but that's a long shot I'll tow circles around these dudes with out my glasses and I need those or hell barefoot. They need a redevelopment

What they did to my car from the tow truck was a bad service, they damaged the gas tank and the transmission shaft and I went to complain to the person who helped me, and they also told me that they will not respond to the damage they caused to the truck. very bad service, I do not recommend it and check your car before you take it out of the corralón, not recommended ?????????

Let me start off by saying the tow truck driver was great. But if they’re not given the tools to do their job properly what good is it to even answer a call! This company does not have jump box’s to start a car. They have nice looking trucks that have connections that doesn’t work good enough to start a truck. Driver borrowed zip ties from me to try and hold the connector on place then he tells me that his boss won’t let him hang around. Well if the company had a jump box, he would have been on the road with my truck already! customer service sucks! Use pretty much anyone else!
