Song Parody #814 Consecutive Review Month: 92 Formalities: My opinion of a vendor I work with is solely my opinion and does not represent the opinion of companies I have worked for. The standards and procedures seem to all be there for this vendor, 5 stars. The pricing, they are typical, as the price can decrease with higher volumes. Lead time can be a sore subject, I need it right now. So I wrote the song parody below. A parody of one of my favorite songs, I identified with the title. Song parody of Hi-Five's song "I Can't Wait Another Minute" Dear vendor, what is the lead time? Lots of options competively priced. The best part is their turn around time. My boxes for a wedding project were ready in 10 days after I approved artwork. The boxes were used as center pieces for the wedding banquet featuring pics of the bride and groom.

I didn't come into Thoro as a customer but a student looking to do a case project for my family business class. They took time out of their busy schedule to assist with questions related to my case analysis. Right when you walk in you truly feel how the family business values have been integrated within their company and employees, as they were delighted to assist me. If they treat a student like me with who brought in zero business with great service, I can only imagine how they service their clients! Thanks Thoro.

Just went to Thoro today for the first time and met with the HR Manager Steve. Great company, great people and one of the warmest environments I have been to an awhile. The Receptionist was great as well.
