I can't say enough about the customer service we got when we switched our cell service to AT&T through this location! Our primary sales rep, Timothy, was AMAZING and tried to make it as easy as possible for us. He genuinely cares about his customers and is the epitome of customer service!. We ran into a few glitches along the way and he was on it every time, even looping in his manager, Yasmin, so she knew what was going on and could pick up where he left off when it was his day off. Yasmin finished the set up of our account and she was as good as he was. We were told that the culture of that location is a direct result of her leadership style, so kudos to her. It was a relief to have great service and trustworthy sales help when you're leaving the carrier you've been with for 25 years, moving 5 lines and needing a couple new phones on top of it!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Timothy at the Crossings AT&T location in Corona. After 2 trips to the Apple Store in Rancho, which was of no help at all, I walked into AT&T without an appointment and with 10 minutes Timothy fixed my phone/iPad issue. I highly recommend this location and ask for Timothy. ☺️???

Worst place ever, they have all this sales and promotions and when you go to the store they won't honor any promotions saying it was over yesterday and then they want to put you on 36 month "contract" with half the price of the phone as a down payment plus activation fee plus apmost 200 dollars of god knows how many "taxes" , so if you want a new phone do it online, stay away from this place

ATT, thank you for putting up such incredible employees like Enrique- we stopped in for a family switch from Verizon to ATT and he took great care in assisting us. Warm, professional, kind and excellent customer care! Employees like him create a loyalty toward a company. Nice having a reliable contact like him to navigate any questions. Enrique puts a high bar and standard for others to meet ! Grateful!

Johnny is amazing!!! He helped rescue my frozen phone (thank you software update for causing the problem). This AT&T store is so helpful and will do all they can to save you money while getting you what you need to stay connected!!!

For the first time in my life I was satisfied with AT&T!! All the thanks goes to the manager yasmen. Yasmen was so helpful, professional and patient. The worker asked for her help and she left everything and came right a way to help the worker with my situation that I been dealing with over than a month over the phone with the AT&T customer service The manager Yasmen fixed the problem and she was so helpful and polite. This location will be the only one I will definitely going to from now on. Also I will never call the customer service again. Great manager makes great business!

BUYER BEWARE!! This store has scammed me out of $600.00 they have a sketchy sales rep by the name of Lesly. I came in to upgrade 4 of my lines, she tried to sell me on insurance and other extras for my plan, I declined all! A month later my bill shows up and I'm being charged for everything possible. I've been with AT&t for 20 years, this is something I didn't expect from a company I've been loyal to. Please check your bill and ensure your are not being charged for stuff you did not ask for. As for the sales people in this store people be mindful of other people situation, don't charge your customers for stuff that they don't want just to make a sale or commission that's not ethical!

I had an excellent experience in this store. I recently moved to Corona and walked into the store for a fiber internet connection. Unfortunately at that time, new installations were on hold because of an engineering issue. Upon learning that I was a remote employee and heavily dependent on internet connection, Timothy suggested a stop gap solution which was great! He went above and beyond to ensure that my internet needs were taken care of. He diligently followed up with me on the phone with any updates and requirements.For the fiber Internet installation, I was having trouble scheduling the installation. However, Timothy and Kathryn scheduled an appointment and ensured that the technician arrived on the scheduled date and time. Kathryn even followed up after the installation to enquire about the process.Excellent customer service in this day and age. Highly recommend this store for your AT&T needs.

I had a very terrible experience at this location from the moment I walked in.. Felt as if I was judged for whatever reason and did not have a pleasant experience at all. On top of that, the sales rep that helped me was beyond rude. They couldn't verify my identity online or in store. I'm not sure but I asked the guy " well what does that mean since I have my id and social.. his response was " it means you won't be getting service with AT&T. Just rude as I use AT&T at my home as well. With that rude behavior I will not even attempt to get wireless service here. Made me feel very uncomfortable!!
