1st red flag I called to ask about a plan I got hung up on.2nd I got to store it was locked with a sign a girl went to the door and opened.#3 the girl was on her phone on some sort of conference call or something is very short I tried getting prices, and she's just very short barely answered questions looks at my husband and I like she just doesn't want to help us.Please train employees to at least attempt a smile. Or some sort of customer service I would have bought phones if it wasn't for that attitude.

If you're going to any AT&t store, look no further. This store gives excellent customer service and is very clean. Smells nice when you walk in and is very detail oriented. Noel gave me exceptional customer service and their manager is very polite and considerate of the customers. If you want to go to a store where you feel like you're in a little family, then this is the store for you

Save some frustration and go to any other AT&T store. I believe the employee that I dealt with was Amy. I went in attempting to change my plan to firstnet. Amy claimed the pricing online wasn’t correct and assured me that 3 lines would somehow be cheaper than 2 due to some “promo.” I asked multiple times how 3 lines was cheaper than 2 (ensuring that it was for the same plan type) and she consistently assured me that it was. Unfortunately, I went against my gut and allowed her to open a third (unused) line on my account. She then advised me my line was switched to firstnet without giving me any new SIM card. I asked if I needed a new SIM card and she claimed I did not. Last, I requested a printed copy of my estimated bill and she informed me she couldn’t provide one since they are “going green.” After getting home, I called a couple other AT&T stores who confirmed 3 lines would not be cheaper and that firstnet would require a new SIM card. I tried going back the same day to reverse all changes and she related I would need to wait 24 hours before I can cancel the changes. She also claimed the tablet that she conducted the transaction on must have glitched by giving the pricing it did. I ended up going to another store who was in disbelief by what Amy had told me. Luckily, they were able to correct everything.

Went to pay my Direct TV bill. The front door is locked, and a sign reads, We are open, and a security associate will be with you shortly. They both looked at me and kept doing whatever they were doing. This is the worst location around. I'm never coming here again. Fire these turds.

Ordered an iPhone online, received confirmation that it was ready to be picked up at 9am. I go to the store after work just to be told that she sold the phone and had to cancel my order. How did she sell a phone that had already been payed for ?now I have to waste more time going to another store to do this crap all over again. Completely ridiculous

Were waiting for awhile to get help. They need more people, there was 2 girls and one was training. The other girl was giving attitude and rolling her eyes to the other girl who was training. Didnt like seeing that so I went to another store since I didnt want to wait longer or give my service to someone who treats their employees like that.

I needed a new phone and the manager helped me select the 13 pro max. I had a 10xs max. He also helped me connect to my car stereo. I tried but couldn't do it. I received a $700.00 trade in discount and a military discount. That's the part I liked best because I'm a very senior citizen and live on a fixed income.

If I could give no stars I would just to start. We came into this store two days before Christmas only wanting to add a phone line for our son and replace my husbands phone. We were up front about the fact that we were on a budget and shopping around. Our sales associate was Danny L. He appeared down to earth and very helpful and put on the sales charm. Gave us helpful tips and told us that there was a Christmas promotion going on that we could get a new iPhone for only $1. We decided to do this and also let him know my husband needed a new phone. We were ADAMANT about the fact that we did not want to increase our bill by too much and wanted to go the most cost effective route. He repeated several times that we could not go wrong with the $1 deal. He even offered me a new phone and I did not need one as my current phone was working just fine and again "It's only $1 how can you go wrong with that?" He proceeded to add two more phone lines to our account as "phantom lines". He said this was needed to give the promo and assured us that it would actually reduce our monthly bill by having us on a family plan. We paid around $280 in store for taxes and activation fees and left happily thinking we had gotten a great deal. Fast forward to the following month when the bill came and it was almost $600. Of course I called to dispute and was told there were one time fees and extra taxes. We called the store to ask for the manager, and even the manager would not get involved and insisted we must talk to Danny as he is the one that knows what he promised us. We came into the store two more times to try and discuss with him and were ultimately told that he has no idea what we are talking about as no iPhone would ever be promised for $1 and there are ALWAYS extensive activation and equipment fees when you buy a new phone and we should have known that. I again called AT&T customer service and they gave me a whopping $50 credit to my bill for my troubles after 3 years of service with them and an apology. Now I am stuck paying for two extra phone lines that did indeed increase my bill quite dramatically and went from paying $150 per month to $300. I was lied to and the customer service to fix the situation was non- existent! DO NOT let DANNY L sell you a phone, and DO NOT even go to this location for that matter as the manager does not care about telling the truth and real salesmanship based on customer needs.

Went in to trade in my daughters phone. They changed everything on my account which has 7 phones without telling me, added insurance which I specifically declined. Lied to my about the trade in value. When I seen all the changes on my bill I called AT&T. I have been fighting with them for 5 months to get things resolved. Now they say they can't even find my trade in which I have a confirmation number for. I would definitely stay away from this place.

Had a great experience. The staff was helpful and made my upgrade to the iPhone 13 pro max seamless. Definitely will be back there for my next phone purchase

Probably one of the worst AT&T stores I’ve been to. Took forever to get help from someone and just didn’t have any information I needed about the phones I was looking at. Definitely not a fan
