Both Amin and Amir are honorable men. I set the appointment with Amin after discussing the problem, and the next morning I was greeted by Amir who tested my phone and determined the problem. Amir explained the inherent flaw in the folding phone and thoroughly reviewed what needs to be done. There was absolutely NO attempt to 'up sell' (pad the bill). Honest men to work with. . .a pleasure!
