The best thing about AMC is how all the vets and techs love and care for our pets. This is unparalleled in my opinion. Because of this, we ALWAYS wait patiently because we know EVERY pet is getting the love and attention they deserve. ♡

A coworker referred me to this vet. I've been coming here for almost 2 years now. Everyone is nice and caring. The vets are amazing, and they take their time explaining what they see during a physical exam, always ready for questions. For the high quality of care prices are very reasonable.
I definitely recommend this vet for your pets they are in great care. They are a little far from where I live, but I would drive as far as I need to for my babies.

We have several different animals that see Dr Bart. They each love him and his knowledgeable care of each of their species. The new associate Dr. Hsing is pretty awesome too. The staff is caring and loving and although my favorite techs have moved on, the rest of the gang is wonderful too. We love AMC.

I used to bring my mouse MEL here, the first time I brought him in I paid an emergency fee and they saw him the day of.
I just tried to call today about my mouse which I have an appointment in a couple days for, they booked the appointment more than a week out even though I let them know it was a URI (mice don’t last long with that, I’m surprised she’s made it a week) I told them she took a turn for the worse. She will be losing an eye now. I asked how much the emergency fee was, and she told me they don’t take emergencies. Since when?
Her tone was so bouncy and robotic customer service like, even though I had just told her my pet was dying. Definitely felt like she didn’t care about what I had said.
Makes me sad that they seem to not have urgency anymore. I suppose they’ve gotten too popular to care about the little guys.
Edit: Anya passed that night. I still trust these guys with the care they give, but it hurt to hear the person on the phone give so little care to her.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, caring, and empathetic towards Murphy and my family. They were respectful and took great care of Murphy from his checkup then to his surgery, and now throughout recovery. Dr. Baldwin was thorough and honest and extremely knowledgeable in his expertise and I am forever grateful for the amazing and careful work of the entire staff. We feel very fortunate to have come across such a wonderful and professional care center for my senior dog. We appreciate you all so much!!

Cant thank dr.hymes enough .my boy Rocky was not doing so good eyes foggy ,hair loss, couldn’t barely move . She treated him for flea allergy and was back to his normal self in no time . Can’t thank her enough for the compassion ,and treating my baby like her own .will continue to take Rocky to her in the future, Thank you dr. Hymes .
